I don't see why this wouldn't be legit, the character models are pretty much intact , Its not THAT easy to manipulate photos at will.

If it makes you feel better, I read on one of the posts (Either here or the Merrill's thread) That the facebook is the official Czech dragon age 2 page.

That facebook account is made by the official EU Bioware site as well... for the Czech language.

I don't see it as mopy and sad. Merrill is obviously blushing up a storm. Fenris looks... pensive, but with his background he has a right to be, especially since Marian is presumably a blood mage judging by the smear.
