I laughed at this more then I probably should have. Most likely, it's because of a picture I saw recently that consisted only of a naked Fenris and a conviently placed glowing banana.

Yeah I expect that Anders and Isabela will be the "easy lovers," Merrill and Fenris the more hard-to-get types.  His experiences and being on the run would not make him quick to trust, I imagine.

It will be an interesting dynamic playing a blood mage PC.  Life for an apostate would also be pretty isolating.  You would never be able to let your guard down with anyone, especially since your family has other apostates and you might expose them as well if someone found out your secret.  Lots of juicy angst to go around there.  And the  meter blips at the idea of Fenris finding love with a mage after being enslaved and exploited by a magister.  I'm such a sap and can't resist a story line like that.

I think that if Fenris wrote poetry, it would be a bit more obscure than Zevrans' poem. Something that makes Hawke go
Hawke: Oh that was lovely. So sweet.  d'awww

and then an hour later...

Hawke: Oh wait... when he said that... did he mean...?  Andraste's flaming sword, Fenris!  *embarrassed!blush*

That's what I think, anyways. Being the sappy hopeless romantic I am, I usually romance the easy to love characters the most.



I honestly hope it goes maybe something like this;;



Isabela: What are you writing? -peers at parchment-

Fenris: N-nothing, it's none of your business! -moves parchment away as Izzie tries to grab it-

Isabela: Ooh, now I'm curious! Let me see it!

-Isabela and Fenris continue to fight over the parchment until Hawke walks up and takes it from Fenris-

Hawke: What's this? -frowns- Is this Tevinter?

Aneers: I learned how to read Tevinter in the Circle, let me see. -Hawke hands him the parchment; Anders studies it for a moment, then snickers- It's a poem!

Hawke & Isabela: A poem?

Fenris: -blushes and buries his face in his hands-

Anders: Heh, a love poem! For Hawke! -Hawke begins to blush too- I can read it outloud, if you'd like-

As long as he's not like... a creepy poet, or something. Like he writes Hawke a poem or two throughout the game, and then that pic of their romance scene is actually him confessing that the poetry was written while peeking through Hawkes' window from a tree.
