It appears even people who aren't pervy elf fanciers like ourselves are warming up to Fenris, I think it's the awesome quote.

Hey guys I don't know if this is already known but I just read that if you play as a mage-hawke botany will die and carver will survive (not sure if it was 100% confirmed).
So if Fen is a LI there is no way she can steal him from us mage-hawkettes. And there might be a change we'll be able to act out one of the "let's embarrass carver" scenarios you have written in earlier posts.^^
Yep, it's been comfirmed that if you play as a mage, Bethany dies. If you play as a non-mage, it's Carver that dies.

I do admit I had hoped we could save both siblings.
Aanyway back to Fenris, do you think the magister used blood magic in his/her lyrium experiments? If so what if you play a blood mage too? *DUNDUNDUUN...dramatic music*
Wouldn't the rivalry romance exist if you were a rogue or warrior as well, due to the rivalry/friendship system?Tamyn wrote...
A mage PC and Fenris might be the rivalry romance.

This plan is good.
My first character will seem bi-polar. One second she's sweet as sugar and the next second she's insane and angry as a wildfire. But that's because I like to save and constantly reload after conversations to see what the other options do. In legitamacy, she'll actually be considered diplomatic and sweet to the point she's fairly naive (or at least, I'll try to get it as close to that as I can for the first). If you do manage to upset her, she'll like to see you burn.
If I do a second, she'll probably be a rogue who's a complete smartass and thinks she's all tough and strong.

Olive Hawke is a kindhearted but focused rogue who adores her family. She has some authority issues, disliking being told what to do by anyone but her mother (and even then). She enjoys company but doesn't like to be the light of the party and can, at times, be irreverent, or as her mother would say "a mouthy little chit".
I've preemptively decided she wasn't as close as with her father as her sister was, but was very close to her ill-fated little brother.
As for companions, because she's focused she understands that sometimes the high road isn't the practical road, but she does no condone senseless violence.
Fenris, sadly, doesn't stand a chance, whether he's a LI or not. He'll adore her in the end.
