Mini project done. Introducing... Fenris Paper Doll.


I showed a screenshot  waaayyyy way back when he was just a head a half a body on Illustrator. I had a chance to print it out at school in the professional printers and it came out quite nice. I was worried the colors might darken, but thankfully they didn't darken too much. I still had to paste it on bristleboard to make it thicker.


This is the cut-out version, so his limbs move around... or limp around. lol There is another version where the limps are fixed in place.


FenDoll does not know what to think of the constant attention to his hips...

You can make your own soon. Will be posted on my DA a lil later today.

Zevran:

Fenris is walking to the Hanged Man to grab supper with the rest of the party, when he notices a blond elf in his peripheral vision

Zevran: Hello my friend! May I have a minute of your time? (sensing danger Fenris starts to run Zevran sighs) Why must they always run? (draws and throws a set of bolas that send Fenris falling to the ground) Now may we talk?

Fenris: I have nothing to say to you bounty hunter.

Zevran: Bounty hunter? Why ser your words wound me! I am no mere sell-sword, I am an Antivan Crow!

Fenris: (raises eyebrow) Hm, it would appear that my master has put a little more effort into this game. Tell me Crow, did the man who hired you explain what I am?

Zevran: No, other than those lovely markings of yours I see nothing that would hinder my- (Fenris phases through the bola rope and draws his greatsword) mission. Oh, Brasca.

Fenris: Your trap has failed Crow, I suggest runing back to your master now, send the Magister my regards.

Zevran: (confused) Magister? What Magister? The men who hired me wanted vengence for some mercenary he said you killed. (Fenris lowers his sword, seeing an opertunity Zev kicks the warrior's legs out from under him and points his dagger at Fenris' throat) Now that the confusion has been cleared up do you have any last words? (notices that Fenris is smirking and looks down only to find that the point of Fenris' sword rests on his navel) Oh ho! Well played my friend, however I always have a- (hears footsteps) Oh what now?!

(The footsteps are followed by the appearance of Hawke and an elven woman carrying a mage's staff, the pair stop dead when they see Fenris and Zevran)

Surana: (hands on hips) Zev?

Zevran: (looking up at Surana with an awkward expression) Yes mi amora?

Surana: What did we agree on when we came here?

Zevran: (sighs) I leave my work at home. But my dear, I- (notices that Surana is giving him the death stare) Yes mi amora.

Surana: Sorry about my idiot boyfriend, he sometimes can't take no for an awswer.

Hawke: Believe me I know what its like. (Walks over to Fenris and helps him up) You alright sweetheart?

Fenris: I'm fine.

Surana: Sorry about that, it won't happen again, right Zev?

Zevran: (dejected) Yes, (the pair walk off)

Hawke: (smiling) I can't leave you alone for a minute without you getting into trouble can I?

Fenris: I guess not.

...um...what do you think the consequences of Fen's companion quest will be? The devs said you could choose whether to help him hide or get revenge. So maybe if you choose to kill the magister, and if he's an important figure in Tevinter, the Imperium might get mad at you and possibly declare war. Or if you try to help Fenris escape, the magister somehow tracks him down and finds him years later.

Any thoughts?

@Demonic - You had to have heard this already, but omg your banner is hilarious. I just spent the past few minutes just staring at it like a fish tank in a dentist's office. I wish Bioware could somehow manage to make a tee shirt out of this and not wind up in a lawsuit with the Chuck Norris people. I left off at "Hawke won a staring contest with Medusa." Win.

Mmm, interesting. I should say that it's a pretty tricky choice. To help him hide will regulary bring troubles over the years each time Fenris is found. Whereas hunting and killing his former master could bring big trouble all at once. Major trouble.

I've always been one to have it all at once so that we're done with it, but somehow I highly doubt for this. Honestly, I wouldn't know what to do for now. I think I'd like to hear more about the story behind Fenris (many things we don't know yet) to be able to decide what to do.
Though maybe hiding him would be interesting if we get to slowly learn what's going on., like why his former master is so obsessed by the idea to get his former slave back. We know he's powerful, but I bet that there's something else behind all this....

Dave: You know what? Its coffee time. (walks out of art department)

I would always miss her smile. Her playful laugh. Her relentless teasing. I would always miss my sister, Beth. But she was gone! Gone with the wind, forever in the Maker's embrace. Sometimes I just wish that He would have stolen Carver instead. No, Marian! That's a horrible thing to say. So? I thought spitefully. No matter how hard I try, the tears still come. Their relentless river still comes, no matter how hard I beat Sissy's bloody image out of my head. "Leave me the sod alone, Bethany!" I pleaded weakly, eyes flooding over with tears as if on cue. "You're gone! Now leave me be...Please, sissy..." I whimpered pathetically, dropping to my knees, and soon my side, sobbing in silence.



Fenris' ears flicked in the direction of Hawke's room. She was crying again. "Fool." He spat quietly to himself, although the venomous comment was geared for Hawke. The slender elf barged into her room, eyebrows knitted together, "Will you just be quiet?" He huffed, glaring.



"Excuse me for grieving over my dead sister!" I snarled, palms igniting in flame. Fenris traced his gloved finger lightly over his blade, but relaxed.

"I don't wish to be disrespectful, but none of us can get any sleep with you wailing in here." He defended, a hostile gleam in his eyes. I couldn't help but falling victim to his hypnotic gaze of emerald. Knock it off, Marian. I rebuked myself, but his alluring eyes won the fight.

"I'm sorry..." I whimpered, the fire fading from both my eyes and hands.



Fenris couldn't help but feel sympathetic for the girl. She had lost her father and sister, and now Kirkwall depended on her. "Apology accepted." He said wryly, offering his hand to me. I reluctantly took it, getting up.

"Come, take a walk with me." He proposed, eyebrow raised.

"Fine." I sighed, giving up on all my defenses. He had that effect on me.

Fenris is like a hobbit... although you'd think he would've impaled himself at least once in the foot or something.  Imagine how dirty his feet are... ew.

Nice beginning, Ninja. The change in POV, and from first-person to third-person is a bit confusing. I suggest you change that a bit, maybe make the first-person parts in italics?
