I probably means you can get him in the harbor.

I think that's just a random location. Besides he would probably be wearing the greenish outfit (like in the video)when you get him and changes in black later.

A question to David Gaider and some of the other dev's.
Has Fenris lived in the Tevinter Imperium all his live? Or was he captured, I dunno when he was in his teens or twenties (I have no idea how old he is).

And if he has lived in Tevinter all his live, does he have an accent? (if the Tevinters have accent, they seemed to speak with British accents in DA:O)

I'm sort of amused/confused/concerned about the Fenris banners claiming that they're one of his slaves. I wonder if he'd be offended by that, especially considering he was one and he broke the chains by force. It seems like it might be a sensitive subject for him. Or just one that makes him very angry.

I like to think he'd find it amusing that he has his own group of 'slaves', like Alistair might if people called themselves his 'subjects', though it's true we don't know how he'd take it. It wasn't done in seriousness, anyway - just until I can come up with a better byline.

Yes yes. I think Gaider certainly hinted that he's a 2H warrior... somewhere in this thread. (He is never leaving my party... NEVER!)

I remember Gaider said that he rarely (or never?) gives his characters names that have purposeful meanings. He just gives him names that he likes. So I'm guessing that Fenris won't really have anything to do with wolves.

His magic talent is to glow in darkness. That way you don't need to carry a torch.

His description says that he uses his 'powers' to escape.
Maybe he has a unique specialization between warrior and mage?
Like a better version of Spirit Warrior. Or maybe something LIKE Arcane Warrior, could be the reason why it was removed...

He probably has his own talent tree in something (specialization), though he uses a two-handed sword which is a conventional weapon.

Well just FYI I am german. I wouldn't know how to spell his name in english. Good thing about german language, we spell like we write ... mostly.
