I actually think you can probably get to Fenris and Izzy as soon as you get to Kirkwall. Might be wrong, but sounds right to me. You can get them after Anders and Merrill, or before.

If it didn't kill him, I'd imagine it would turn him into a husk of a person (think tranquil and then some), or possibly even put him into a vegetative state.

I wonder if him saying he wasn't afraid of death was actually truthful or just sheer bravado on his part. I can see it going either way. Not that I'm implying he would be cowed and whimper when faced with his actual demise, because I don't see him doing that at all, but he comes off as simply too fond of himself to put his person in any real lethal danger. Hence tricking Hawke to do his dirty work.

I couldn`t hear much of Fenris talking /sadface

But from the little I heaard he didn`t behave like a stuckup jerk at all: he apologized for the trouble, explained himself, asked for help and promised to make it up to Hawke somehow if she agrees to help him be free. Me liked.

I was hoping, since the races of Thedas got a makeover, that the elfs won`t be so small-ish anymore - Fenris seems to be at the same height like Hawke, but more slender than her. I just want them to look good next to each other (like fem Warden and Alistair ).

Also i am glad they chose to unvail how we can recruit him - now I don`t have to worry over missing him!

Eh, I'm totally used to it by now. Oh really, you used me? Well so has everyone else in my party. I'd actually be more freaked out if someone told the full truth of the situation.

I love how the characters aren't just awkwardly standing around anymore. But all I can think of when I see this is:

There's a transcript on page 844, if I remember correct.

Iunno if he used his prettiness to con Hawke, but rather just kind of forced a situation on her. He made her a diversion, without her knowing, and then just kind of brushed it off when they met.
