Denerius is not a happy man. While his collegues outside of the Imperium would clearly state that being a member of a corrupt Mageocrasy would do that to a man that wasn't the problem. The problem was around six feet tall and gilded with enough lyrium to enchant a legion's worth of weapons. You see Denerius was a Magister and when a Magister makes a mistake it tends to make him the laughingstock of his fellow mages, and Denerius is not a man who enjoys being a laughingstock. Yet when the captain of the hunting party he has assembled returns with news from Kirkwall, Denerius can't keep himself from smiling.

Fenris on the other hand has never been happier. For once things are going right with this whole escape plan of his. He has friends, a home, and a woman in his life who for once isn't trying to drag him back to Tevinter. Yes life has been good to Fenris in Kirkwall, and for that he can't help but smile.

Sergeant Gaius of the Imperium Auxilia is a rather indifferent person. Now this might seem strange for such a dedicated millitary man, but today Gaius met his end at the hands of a rather comely apostate who goes by the name of Hawke. As what's left of the former sergeant smoulders the the gutter of the Lowtown alley, Hawke walks to the tavern with a frown on her face. She has to go tell the man she loves that the game has begun again.

*remembers trip to New Orleans* Well never met a Hawke but I did meet a Fenny...he didn't have pointy ears...but he was rather tan and had tattoos.

I'm pretty sure that isn't Carver. Carver has lighter skin than Fenris.
