I have to confess, I wasn't much on the Varric train, but seeing him in action in the Demo, I am now much more convinced of his sexiness, and now somewhat personally disappointed he is not romance-able, where as before I was only disappointed for Calla and others I knew who really wanted him.

Varric also grew up on me..not in a "I want to romance him way"...but just overall I didn't like him much before but now I'm sure he'll be a great friend to my Hawke.

You know this happened to me too? I swear, the "I don't like this? Thats right up there with 'what could possibly go wrong?' " quote made me laugh so hard. And Varric has quite a nice voice when he narrates.
