Can't remember which thread but somebody found scripts for kiss animations for Isabela and Anders that were gender specific (edit: meaning, something like kiss_male/kiss_female), while Merrill and Fenris' were not. It doesn't confirm anything since there were files for a bunch of things in Origins that didn't occur in-game, but that's what they found. It's still pretty much a wait-and-see afaik.

I'll go look for that thread. Hmmmmm. That would be a shame. *sob*
