That is very cool. Is there any way to replace Shepard's model with Wrex's model (so in the end - play as Wrex, not Shepard)?

Yes, however you have to use TexMod to get Wrex's head texture (there might be another way to apply different textures on a model but I dont know how).Kronner wrote...

Mass Effect 2 - Wrex's Lost Love
I made this video as an excuse for not completing the Good Old Friends vid because my time is over.
This video was made within 10 hours (I'm going to be taken to a place where they don't allow me to use my laptop), started from scratch (including 2 playthroughs for video source, texmod and the editing), can't expect much from that, but I tried my best. To fill up the gap, I had to use some cheesy flashbacks and unsampled sounds, many ideas were cut off, so it's ok if you don't like it.

I hate to sound cynical, but I kinda agree with this. I've seen people do drastic things for attention, some of put them directly in harms way.
However, if it is true, and the treatment did fail, then RIP man, you will be missed.
If I got the dates wrong or you haven't gotten the chance to change your youtube channel name, then welcome back to the world of the living Shepard, you've got a job to do.
