Zaeed: So I pulled the helmet off that son of a ****! I've never seen a Krogan look so humiliated!

Grunt laughs harshly: How did you kill him?

Zaeed: Stuck a knife under that funny plate you guys have, and pried it off him! Usually doing that wouldn't kill a Krogan, but it would hurt like all hell. I think the trauma of being crippled is what stopped his heart. Goddamn sweet though! Only reason I was able to rip that thing off, was because I'd watched a vid on "how-to-torture-aliens" on the extranet a few weeks previous! Never thought I'd get the chance to use it!

Shepard: Joker, get us out of here, now.

Joker: Charon co-ordinates loaded. Say goodbye to these oversized squid-slugs. EDI, engage the mass effect core.

[A terrible grinding shudders through the Normandy]

Shepard: What the hell? EDI, open a channel to engineering.

Tali[stressed]:...stupid alliance engineers.

Ken[relaxed]: Never let an Englishman near an engine. They were probably as green as newborn calves still yearning for their mothers teat.

Zaeed: That goddamn jock, I'm going to ki...

Shepard: What the hell is going on down there?

Tali[stressed]: Shepard, the Alliance pulled apart the mass effect core and then mucked up reassembly. It needs extensive work and re-calibrating.

Garrus: Can I help down there?

Tali[stressed]: It's an engine, not a cannon you moron.

Shepard: How long Tali?

Tali: I'm sorry, several hours Shepard.

EDI: We have taken heavy damage. Shields at 27 percent.

Joker: We don't have several minutes! I'm going to lose them in the asteroid field.

EDI: That is not advisable Jeff. At this speed our barriers cannot sustain impact from objects with a mass larger than 650kgs. The Reapers have a significantly higher threshhold.

EDI: This isn't working Jeff. We have lost 3.4 seconds through evasive measures and suboptimal trajectories. Twice we were only meters away from being destroyed.

Joker: OK, OK. It's time for some good old fashioned astro-gation. EDI, give me the optimum vector for a gravity assist off Jupiter. The reapers have probably forgotten stuff like this.

EDI: Well done Jeff, we have gained significant acceleration which should eventuate to approximately 17.5 seconds on them. We are well out of range. Shepard, I have detected a design flaw in the Reapers. There is a small heat vent that connects directly to hollow areas within the Reapers interior. The shuttle could blast through and attempt a boarding action. Those on board will be exposed to an extremely high gee-force, but it is mathematically possible.

Shepard: What about their shields?

EDI: Shields would need to be brought down first.

Shepard: Can we reach Saturn or Mars before they get back in range?

EDI: At current speeds we can comfortably reach either. Changing trajectory to pass by Mars will result in significant delay to Charon and bring us closer to the rest of the Reapers.

Challenge: While Shepard is ashore, Kelly Chambers organizes an Easter egg hunt on the Normany.  Try to include: the opinions of the squad and crew on the activity, what tactics everyone uses in the hunt, how they sabotage the competition, and what state the Normandy is in when Shepard returns.  

Bonus: Include dialogue from Mordin, Samara, and/or Legion who question the whole Easter egg hunt or find it strange.
