Garrus:  On Virmire Saren asked you if submission would be prefereable to extinction.  I guess now we know the answer.

Thane:  The Collectors have always had an unsavory reputation.  But even they are mere puppets to an even greater evil.  I find that very unsettling.

S: Your people are looking for a world to settle on?

T: My people are looking for a way to regain our world. Why?

S: Well, colonies are settled on many worlds. Why don't you just find one and settle on it?

T: There are requirements to be met that few worlds can meet. We would like to wander freely under the sun on the world we settle and not remain trapped in our suits for the rest of our species' existence.

S: But if your flotilla has trouble with resources, why not colonize a planet for that sake?

T: Because then we would lose all that we have left of our world Shepard. Without regaining our world we set our feet on a new one... the equivalent would be for the Alliance to kill you before you've dealt with the Reapers.

S: That makes no sense.

T: If the Alliance disposes of you now, no one will stop the Reapers and so they will regret their descision later.

Miranda: Don't be too hasty. Cerberus has still done a lot of good, we shouldn't dismiss them out of hand.

Jack: And here I thought you had changed for the better. But you're the same old Cerberus cheerleader, just trying to get back into bed with them. Don't think I've stopped watching you.

Mordin:  Maelon's work could cure genophage.  Don't know.  Effects on krogan.  Effects on galaxy.  Too many variables.  Too many variables!

Miranda:  This genophage data could be valuable.  The krogan may not be ready for it yet.  But Cerberus could learn a lot from the work done here.

Jacob: I don't know about this, Shepard.  I've heard the stories about the Rebellions.  By all accounts, they were worse than the geth.  Do we want to risk having them unleashed on the galaxy again?

Jack:  Bull****!  You don't beat an enemy down just to let him get back up.  Destroy the data, Shepard.  We'll all be better off that way.

Samara:  It is one thing to visit death upon a people for a wrong they committed.  But for a crime their anscestors committed?   That is not just.

Thane:  The genophage was a terrible thing.  But terrible things are often necessary.  I would consider your actions well before deciding, Shepard.

Legion:  These tests have been performed.  Destroying the data does not unmake the experiments.  We believe destroying the data accomplishes nothing.

Grunt:  Don't mind me.  I'll just stand here and check my weapons while you decide the fate of my people.

Zaeed:  A galaxy full of krogan?  I'm getting too bloody old for this.

Tali:  Shepard, I'm not so sure we should use the data.  They nearly plunged the galaxy into barbarism once before.  Can we be sure they won't do so again?

Garrus:  Allow a plague does the next best thing to sterilizing a race to continue?  Or tacitly condone brutal and unethical experiments and possibly unleash a bloodthirsty species on an unsuspecting galaxy?  You get all the fun choices, Shepard.

Jack:  So you're an assassin.  You got to kill people for money?

Thane:  I did.  Originally I served the hanar with my skills.  When I had a family, I needed to earn a living, but I found my skillsets to be...limited. 

Jack:  Cool.  People paid to you scrag other people.  How do you get into that line of work?

Thane:  It is not that easy.  You need to have the right frame of mind.

Jack:  Oh I've that covered.  Killing doesn't bother me at all.  If I can make some cash doing it, all the better.

Thane:  It's more than being willing to take a life.  You must be able to do so while calm and in control at all times.  You need to plan for every contingency.  Intense study is needed as well.  You amy spend days going over blueprints and security patterns.  You must know your target better than any friend or loved one .  Many employers require subtlty as well.  The higheest paying jobs are often the ones where a death has to look natural.

Jack:  ::expletive:  Thane.  Only you could make killing people sound boring.
