Iremember reading (it may have been from this site)  that "If you stay loyal to your original LI there would be a special interaction with that LI."

With that being said what if you didn't have a LI in Mass Effect but you did in Mass Effect 2? Did anyone hear about something similar in this situation?

Nothing's been said yet, but there probably will be a reunion of sorts in ME3. Provided you didn't get them killed.
