I played the kasumi DLC several times now and i never saw any of this, when does THIS happen???

Well this is the final cutscene on Bekenstein, during the fight with Donovan Hock, it's when you destroy his helicopter - after you deal enough damage, Kasumi steals the spotlight and destroys it on her own :3

Actually, no she doesn't.  You take down his shields, they regen.  Then a bunch of mooks attack.  Kasumi says "Clear me a path, and I can get close and wreck the shields."  Which is what she's about to do in that shot.  After that, you can then do some actual damage to the gunship, during which process Kasumi may or may not be responsible for the final blow.  Typically, she's not.  She often seems to prefer shooting at the mooks. Occasionally, she'd apparently rather just run out of cover while Hock is firing the giant cannon on the gunship and die.
