I mean really.
Its been so long since Dawnguard came out and NOTHING.
Poor bastards.
Having to suffer at the hands of Satansoft and their HexBox360.

Sony: Don't worry. Dawnguard will be released for the PS3 soon...

I've just upgraded my system's OS from XP to Win7 and graphics card from NVidia9600 (512mb) to a GT640 (2gb) and now I've had to tone down the graphics or skyrim crashes (and remove mods).
I've re-installed steam + skyrim and no mods, but choosing the HD texture pack (Bethesda's) will cause game crashes after less then 1 min (can't even get into helgen on the cart before a crash happens). No HD textures and no mods it seems stable but why oh why is it LESS stable than before? Transitioning cells sometimes I get a yellow screen for a few seconds until the textures appear....
cries.. (all my saves are very heavily modded so I'd have to make new armour and weapons for all my characters- plus no UFO arrgh!)

The truly amazing thing about this video is that it came out, like, 3 days after skyrim's release. So to answer your question, it probably didn't take that long. Still, look at that shot! It had to involve some seriously hardcore trial and error.Elhanan wrote...
This remains one of my fave Skyrim vids; still wondering how long it took to get this result:

Hey some people want to join the Enclave too.
You know the people who kidnap and torture innocent people FOR GREATER GENETIC PURITY AND AMERICA!
Even though America is deader then dead for the last 200 years. Also that they got wiped out is just plain funny.
But nah its just to much fun to CRUSH anything that remotely Enclave or Thalmor.
It is fun to crush scum like the Thalmor and some of the Enclave.
To be fair, the Enclave did give us the Remnants...
...and I wish I could do to Elewen what I did to Lanius; it's unfortunate that she is essential.

And don't be hating on the Enclave. Yes they want to purify the wasteland, but look at the place. Can you blame them?

I just finished the main questline, Alduin defeated, the day saved, and a whole lot of gold gathered. Now to deal with those pesky vampires!
And what's this, I'm feeling something, is this satisfaction? Accomplishment? A sense of victory? I believe it is, strange that certain other games decided such things weren't deep or mature enough for an end.

That is just so video gamey.
I could not even speculate around Alduin or Harkon.

But alas, none ever come - perhaps I have scared them off after wiping the floors with them in my last two playthroughs.

Well, I'm 20 hours into my latest playthrough and have not had a single vampire OR death hound attack, and have only encountered one vampire out on the roads... who was promptly killed by me, Lydia, and two Vigilants of Stendarr. Quite frankly, I'm very disappointed - it's gotten to the point where I actually wait till nightfall to leave or arrive in towns, hoping some bloodsuckers will show up for me to clobber.

I wonder what deterimes how many encounters you have because I'd love to change the fact that everytime I touch a main road I get ****ed up lol.
EDIT: I just watched Daybreakers and I kind of understand where bethesda was coming from with the whole "stronger without blood" thing.

My incoming attacks occur shortly after gaining the invitation to join. Perhaps if you go ahead and look into the organization, more attacks will occur.

Some PC players are out of luck too. Still no availability or info about Dawnguard on Steam or anywhere else in Poland :-(

Same here. My Nord was level 17 when I installed Danwguard. On the first load one Master vampire attacked Whiterun, but he was easy to kill. After that, nothing, and she is level 30 now. Just saw one Vampire Fledgling on the road. Oh, and recently I got attacked by two dead hounds for the first time. But other than that not a thing. The only vampires I've encountered are holed up in their forts or caves.
And my werewolf Nord got the bug that she contacted vampire disease.

Well I hadn't planned to, but now she's got me curious. Her dialogue was priceless after my 'accidental' jump off it. Kind of impressed me the plot actually tracked me doing that.
