Man... is there a Brotherhood mission to kill Olfina Gray-Mane? That woman is really trying my patience with her constant trash talk.

Yes girl, I know you could've killed that dragon just as fast as I chauvinistic pig could, but please stfu!

Unless your game is modded, you won't encounter a frost dragon at level 6.

It was with my first character, and without mods. I took a carriage to Winterhold because I wanted to join the College. I decided to explore the snowy mountains around Winterhold and got to the Dragon Wall there (I don't know the name of the place, but it's a word wall with a dragon sitting on top of it). Said dragon was a Frost Dragon and spewed frost at my poor Dunmer. Then, in an attempt to escape from the dragon, I jumped into Sightless Pit, a place filled with Falmer and no way to return.

The beauty of the DB is that you don't need a mission.  Kill her in the name of Sithis.

Anyone noticed (and perhaps not, it could be a glitch or mod-induced mistake) that if you talk to Alfina Battle-Born to enough she'll talk about how her brother Jon had the right idea going to the bards college, shame he died before he got the chance. With her brother still very much alive, standing up the road by Belethor's shop.

Lovely to see the Battle-Born's have disowned the hapless, poet, lay-about and now treat him as if he's dead. You know what's wrong with Skyrim these days, oh, I don't know, guys that stand around all day doing absolutely nothing while I'm defending the gates from vampires, fighting dragons and saving lives.

She seems to warm up to you a bit if you take Whiterun for the Stormcloaks, as she becomes Vignar's Housecarl - why she does and not Avulstein, I do not know. Avulstein is quite obviously the superior warrior (despite Olfina's delusions to the contrary) and has no reason to be in hiding at that point, and even after Missing in Action could safely come back (along with Thorald) to Whiterun.

I seriously enjoy people claiming that they are better then the Dragonborn at stuff.

I honestly just find that hilarious.
So you can do better then a guy who beats dragons to death, eats their soul, rips their bodies apart for bones and scales, then goes and makes gear better then any smith in the land?
Sure you are.

My main does not care, but they REALLY are pushing it when they start annoying my Khajiit.
Getting in the face of a master assassin, thief, warrior, and VAMPIRE LORD....brilliant.

Olfina's an odd one.  When you talk to her outside she's all like "what's the matter, can't stand the sight of a strong nord woman?"

But when you talk with her inside the Tavern at night, she's all polite and respectful.

That's because being rude doesn't get her any tips.

How do you know he's a better warrior?  And she probably is better at the governing side.  She becomes jarl if Vignar dies.

Avulstein has to stay in hiding because otherwise the whole dialogue for Missing In Action would have to be rewritten.

He's a better warrior because he actually puts up a decent fight if I attack him - Olfina, not so much. Granted, she's not equipped as well as Avulstein...

...yet she continues to wear commoner clothes and carry a dagger even after being made Housecarl. Hmph.

Ah, there was also the part where he helped me wipe out an entire fortress full of Thalmor Justiciars - that definitely adds something to his record. :P

This is the second time a dead dragon dropped right on my head. Stop scaring me! xD I have the feeling it's the same dead thing every time. I could only loot two dragon bones of both of them.

Yes, I've had a similar experience once. Also ended in the Sightless Pit, I think. Trying to fight a Falmer with a level 5 mage was not pretty.

Sadly after level 15 or 20, there are no enemies with base level higher then yours. Or are there? Hmm.. thinking about the rare Dwemer Master Spheres/Centurions. Granted, there's usually only one and only in some dwemer  dungeons, but still. Or do they loose the "Master" status if you come there at a lower level?

Also enemies in some quests seem to spawn with a makedly higher level then usual. I remember struggling with some of the Thieves Guild quests for example. Meanwhile going with the same character to other random dungeons or quest locations, he breezed though content, massacring stuff.

Just played the Brotherhood missions. It was sad to see cranky old Festus dead like that.

Whatever you can accuse Titus Mede II of, he dies like a boss. Without question that I honored his wish and stabbed that slimy Breton noble to death.

And did I understood Ciceros journals right? The Santuary in Skyrim is actually the last in all of Tamriel? So if I destroy the Brotherhood there are actually just two surviving members? Babette and mad Cicero. Who gets Dagobah and who Tatooine?

Titus Mede rallied what was left of the Legion, marched back into the Imperial City, and laid the beatdown on those Thalmor bastards.

Sadly, rather than finish the job and send the rest of those ugly fops to Oblivion, he chickened out and decided to sign the damn Concordat in order to bring about "peace." It's obvious that the Dragonborn came to prominence about 20 years too late - the only true hope for defeating the Thalmor is for me... err, my Dragonborn to take Titus Mede's place as Emperor and wipe out them out.

All of them.

Oh, heh, I don't attack friendlies so I've never tried that.

I didn't kill Motierre.  If I would have, it would have been to get rid of a witness.  My assassin doesn't do freebies, no  matter who asks.

Hey, what can I say? Every once in a while I like to just go on a rampage - especially in Whiterun, where half of the NPCs seem to be rude, condescending snobs. Hell, even the residents of Windhelm are more amiable on the whole than all those negative nancies in Whiterun.

Yeah, he's the last man standing. I had my Tribunal Volkihar mage take him down. Mage against mage... I think that's how he would have wanted it, to go down in a wave of destruction magic by someone who truly appreciates the Clever Craft.

Yep, Dawnguard. She has additional lines if you are Volkihar and do what you're supposed to do.

Oh please, her pathetic pep talk is completely wasted on all of my female characters. She skulks around the top end of Whiterun where there's never any trouble unless said trouble is the Dragonborn, political standing or not she lives in one of the biggest houses in Whiterun and is part of one of the richest families. I don't have any respect for poncy nobles unless they actually do something.

Sorry, but she gets bonuses from me for actually working at night as a waitress, and pulling off a relationship with Jon Batle-Born. While I cannot stand the professional lollygagger, the notion that she is able to see him on the sly is fairly secretly is impressive.

Yeah, keeping a job from someone who might actually need the coin and a secret relationship with one of the other useless poncy nobles, which Anoriath knows about anyway. Kind of makes you wonder, who might have it in for the relatively polite hunter/food seller to go to the trouble of performing the black sacrement to get the Dark Brotherhood to off him. Hmmm.
