I think Borri is pretty hot. He has such dreamy eyes. Always had a thing for the strong and silent type.

It's just Ancient Nord Armor. If you manage to find a set (I think I found an Ancient Nord Boots and an Ancient Nord Chest piece at Archwind point), you can put it on your female followers and get the same effect, but without having to look at Aela's ugly  facepaint.

Her facepaint is what makes her hot. Have you seen her without it (I used NPC Face Unlocker)? She has a boner on her face.

And can I just say, dang, it takes a long time to level up Conjuration and Destruction organically, once you get to Expert level.

Its really not worth going for Master Destruction truthfully.

I hope Hearthfire is like Fable 2 where you could have around 200 children.

LORD (Legend of the Red Dragon) beat this easily.

My "wife" (another player) and I had I think 2 or 3 children of our own (we had to name them) in the game, and we adopted 500 more (thankfully didn't have to name them). It wasn't to have a bigger family, but rather to get extra forest fights and thus more experience for leveling. Each child granted 1 extra forest fight. You could also elect to use a child as a shield during combat.

At any rate, I wouldn't mind having a couple daughters to keep my wife company in Skyrim. I can tolerate the girls in the game more than the boys. :P

You know I cant wait for this to come out for PC.

Well...quite a few of my PCs wont use it.
But my main will for sure.

He wont but a single damn thing in it that reminds him of combat either.
Its going to be a nice house.

Honestly October is a great month for me, Hearthfire, and Xcom:EU!

It sure does.  I got to 100 conjuration finally on my battlemage, but she's at level 50 which is where I usually feel a character has run her course.  She's still in the high 80s for destruction.

I don't know what would be good looking for you, but I'm pretty pleased with the look of my Dunmer

Hot.   I love the Dunmer men.  There are too few in the game that are both marriageable and badass.  Since I can't have Erandur, I might make a character for the miner in Darkwater Crossing.  He doesn't have a lot of dialogue, but he's so nice.

Yeah, it's quite painfull. Come to think of it, so is Restoration. Thank god for the ability to train at instructors. It's damn expensive... I'm perma-broke due to training... but it's not like there are many other worthy expenses in the game... and once you get to 90, you could do the Oghma infinium quest to minimize the tedium....

Its a fun playing a character with no sense of direction. I keep quest markers off and only look at the map for my own reference. Ironic being a cat person and getting lost all the time but I love it.

I never cease to amaze at how great this game is... WOW! Thank you, Bethesda.

(If they could only get Bioware level relationships into it... RPG orgasm!!!)

Yes that looks good, I was thinking about mods for that. Which mod is that, I haven't heard of it before.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm just not a fan of the Dark Brotherhood any longer.  I mean, they went from an organization I absolutely had to be a part of in Oblivion, to one that had to be burned to the ground in Skyrim.  They're like the bad guy version of the Blades...who are now...well...misled doofuses, unworthy of those we met at Cloud Ruler Temple.  Pfft.

Pure incompetence.  You can see them coming from a mile away.  They are a mild distraction as opposed to a group to be feared and that commands respect.  Sure, the Dova is the baddest of the bad, but c'mon these guys can't be the same organization we grew to love in ES4!

Oh, and while we're on the subject of sore points, why the hell can't I use these again...and why are they always just laying about while the fish are swimming around in droves?

Posted Image

They're just there to taunt me it seems, and always with fish in the water right next to them.  Sure, I can dive right in and handfish, but my Dova just isn't much of a redneck! Posted Image

Agreed. And if it's any consolation, Bethesda has made infinitely more progress in relationships and dialogue than Bioware has in actually making an RPG.

Right? We can play with the saw mills, Chop wood and catch butterflies but we cant fish? Then again I don't have that kind of patience. I would just jump in and kill the fish with my blades lol.

They really need to give us weapons like that (fishing poles) to eliminate the slaughterfish population.

Either that, or else give us to ability to swing our Swords/Fists when we're underwater

PC: BITE MY TOE WILL YOU!
PC: ITS ON ****! -jumps into water and starts punching slaugherfish-

Thus was born Saint Dovahkin who drove the slaughterfish out of Skyrim.

Bosmer = DA2 Elves; both are too alien for my taste. While there are exceptions in both games, I prefer other renderings of the Elvish.

I love how the DB are just pathetic murders compared to when they were powerful in the time of Oblivion. Awesome twist. Really enjoyed destorying them.

lol I'm just reminded of that episode of Simpsons when they have the lizards that were killing off the pigeon population.

"Lets just send some whale to kill of the slaughterfish"
"But then we'll have our waters overflown with whales"
"Oh thats ok There's a polar bear that loves whale meat"
"But don't those bears eat Argonians and Khajiit?"
"Oh thats alright we have a special Deadra that are obsessed with killing bears"
"But then we'll have Deadra overrunning us"
Oh I wouldn't worry about that the Dragons hate Daedra"
"Aren't Dragons worse?"
"Thats what the Dovahkin's for..."

The DB have been without a Listener for decades and consist of a single small cell in Skyrim - you can't expect them to live up to their reputation under those circumstances.

You can, however, join them... and change them back into an organization to be feared. And boy oh boy, does the DB come back with a bang.

If you allow it.

The DB, The Thieves Guild, The mages circle, My guy will do it all. And even pretend to be about helping others but hey money!!! thats what matters to him. My Khajiit would kill his own mother if the price is right. Then he'll pretend to feel bad about it if it helps him get away with it.

My Khajiit seems to have a long lost brother out there.
