Likely because they haven't been shown yet. At least, I haven't seen any pictures. Funnily enough, there's 3 spaces left empty in the picture. So I'm sure naughty will update it when it's out.

Well, here's what I believe to be an Imperial and Breton:

I like what I see. The complete re-design of Bosmer was surprising. I'm so glad that you can still change your char's appearance because the Dunmer in the screenshot is ugly

PIC #1: confirmed by Dennis Mejillones to be a Redguard, but he said after that pic was published, they changed the Redguard character models to have darker skin tones.

The bosmer look more woods elfynow... I kind of liked them as diminutive glowy elves. Still, as long as they're short I'll play one.

Bosmer social archer chick with healing magic.
Imperial dual wielder apothecary chick.
Orc two hander... two hander dude.
Dunmer pure mage dude.

The pattern is set. That should last me two years. >.>

Oh hell yes, I am going to be making at least one character for every race. They are all looking potentially awesome and I haven't even pressed a button yet. With Skyrim, I can think "awesome" and it happens, take that DA 2! Buttons? Button?! We don't need no stinkin' buttons!

Why shouldn't there be multiple human races? There's diversity in gameplay.

First, Nords aren't Nedic. Second, Nedes are indigenous to Tamriel. Third, Bretons are Nedic human, like the Imperials. Their elven heritage doesn't hide that. Bretonordic or "manmer" is sometimes used in literature.
