Also...I think I've burned myself out on house-building. And I'd just hired Eola as the Steward of my Falkreath house. I'd forgotten how much I luvs that girl.

I mean honestly....insulting people and not getting told to shut up?
Not as bad as the kid in Rorikstead though.

So I got a mod that makes people run inside during a dragon attack.
Now..I just need to wait for a dragon attack to happen.
Damn.

I'd like to include in the mod the following in-game book which explains the history of this amulet: Link
Any particular feedback on this draft version of the book or suggestions for improvement would be greatly appreciated! [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/smile.png[/smilie]

Great story! I liked it a lot. I would only suggest that the beginning be shortened up to get into the action more quickly. People seem to have short attention spans for the in-game books.naughty99 wrote...
I made a Skyrim mod which enhances some of the less popular dragon shouts. Unfortunately, one of them tends to result in friendly fire, so I'm adding a craftable amulet which will protect followers from the harmful effects of shouts.

Wouldn't the Altmer dragonborn still be alive as of game time? So there might be a question of why he isn't seen at High Hrothgar.

How awesome would it be to shower thwart a vampire attack with sweetrolls?

Naughty, it's just too darn long for me to read it all...but that's just me! But I appreciate the effort you put into it. As far as the concept of an amulent that will protect the wearer from the affect of the Thu'um, you sir or ma'am are a genius. Enhancing effects of less popular or ambiguously useful shouts is needed. Maybe it will be something that actually moves me to use shouts on a more consistent basis.
I support the idea, so please make sure to forward us a link, when done. I assume you'll post it to Steam WS or Nexus, right? I love to play test mods, especially mods I'm interested in. So please do if that's you're intent.

Dude, that's a wonderfully crafted story. I would never be able to tell that that wasn't a part of the game, let alone actual lore.

Good job! Let us know here when it's released. I'll endorse it even if it breaks my game and I have to reinstall Skyrim.

I just saw this amazing photo on reddit, I thought you might be interested. - http://sf.reddit.com...f_skyrim_its_a/
Looks like there's a piece of Skyrim in my country. I should visit that place one day. It's been a long time since I've been there.

Wow, look at this one, second photo from the top easily looks like the steps to High Hrothgar. If you visit and climb the steps, watch out for the frost trolls

Very wimpy ending.
"Hey I think I will kill you!" ...the end.
Though its pretty awesome being the lord of a vampire clan. My Khajiit is really becoming awesome.
He plays the hero yet...he is an assassin, thief, vampire, and MONSTER.
I did the quest to wipe out the dawnguard. So I killed them one by one, and tossed them in the center of the fort. Then I had Isran chase me, so the last thing he saw was his entire force dead, and their killer waiting for him. Then as I left I darkened the sun and walked off leaving the poor peasants alive outside to tell the story.
Hey if you are going to be EVIL you have to have good PRESENTATION!

The only real horse for an evil character
I dont use connjuration on this character so Arvak is very pricey to summon.
I honestly cant wait to see the evil options in the next DLC.

I use Shadowmere also but My Khajiit character Kal Mudi lost him somewhere near the Riften wilds when I was afraid of giants killing him on one mission, then one day after I got hearthfire I was riding around on Arvak when a frost spider attacked me and out of nowhere Shadowmere road up giving Zero ****s and started attacking the spider. Long story short, I have Shadowmere once again and placed Arvak's skull so when my child does try to sleep, she will feel its ever present gaze.Giggles_Manically wrote...

So I was working on this Dawnguard side quest that involved hunting down this master vampire in Redoran's Retreat. My Altmer, Karliah, and Hroki.( Modded followers) enter the cave and began killing all his enthralled Bandits. Then out of nowhere the Master vampire appeared, became invincible, and instantly beheaded me at full health! What makes this so ****ed up was that on my second try, he could barely damage my character. We killed him in seconds!
So what the hell?
