I saw my PC get beheaded once. It was hilarious. He just got in a lucky critical hit.

I had Vilkas one hit kill my PC when I tried joining the companions.

Rather funny.

Never had anything like that happen to me, but I did have a glitch in a dragon fight today when the dragon dived into the lake and went underwater for some reason.

Also, sometimes dragons seem to hit an invisible wall while in the air and slam into the ground. Damn funny

Never been decapped, but I've been one-shotted with an arrow in the head with near full health. Come to think of it, that happened somewhere in my Battlefield mod. Some electro-mage took me out with a turbo charged electric spell as well. I, of course, expect to take a beating there. Don't think it happened in Skyrim proper though. I've died to be sure, but don't remember being one shotted.

I just discovered this thread. Its more interesting than forums on Bethesda's site. Does this mean BW game players are better in some way than Bethesda game players?

Hah...

Strangely enough, this is one of the few games on the entire BSN  that spoken of on a positive note. Even Origins and Mass Effect 1 get mostly a negative reception  due to their poor sequels. Both funny and sad.:D:crying:

That's because we mostly talk about our playthroughs and not "I found a buuuuuggggg!" the way Bethsoft forum people go on and on.

Mostly its just us hanging out talking about things.
Until a certain someone who will not be named comes to spew bile about Skyrim.

Well sucks to be a dragon

I love turning invisible and landing sneak shots on them.
Nothing says OWNED like being shot to death by an invisible cat.

I'm afraid that that's only bc Skyrim isn't a Bioware game lol. Check out the ME3 and DA2 forums and you'll see a different story.

^ Yep this thread has people who'd rather spend playing and discussing a game they enjoy. It's small percentage of BW game players who use these forums.

You know its kind of odd playing my game right now.

The PC chases dragons to the peaks of mountains, bandits to the edges of civilization, Falmer, Necromancers, and Vampires into deep dark holes and fights far away from anyone.

No wonder people dont respect you that much. You dont really do many public actions, and most of your deeds are far away from prying eyes.
It makes sense now.

They praise you for things like fixing the East Empire Company, the Gildergreen, or the Fire Festival.

Still pisses me off when people are snobs though.
Right, right Nazeem I am sure that you outrank the Dragonborn.

Nazeem's death was what was missing from the Dark Brotherhood Questline. The Black Sacrament should have been done to send his soul to the Void. The man annoys pretty much everyone who crosses his path, including his own wife!

Well, you don't get to the Cloud District very often:wizard:

Huh so reading tvtropes I came across the "Crowning Moment of Awesome" page.

So what is the coolest most epic moment you ever pulled off in Skyrim?
For me...its probably backstabbing a dragon in one single hit in Blackreach.

Knocking five bandits off a cliff yesterday, kill cam, with a fireball. Wish I had it recording b/c it brought a tear to my eye.

I go there all the time, I'm wearing armor that's worth more than Whiterun, and I still get that comment all the time.

Sometimes I wish I hadn't sworn never to lay waste to an entire city again.

He's nothing compared to that bastard in Cheydinhal that would never invite me to any of his parties! I'm Sheogorath and the Champion of Cyrodiil, dammit!

My new digs. Finally found a home above ground that'll get me out of the Dovahkiin Hideout. The Dragonborn does deserve a palatial estate that everyone can see after all.

I keep hoping my vampire lord gets the quest to kill someone in Whiterun while impersonating a member of the Dawnguard. My first choice would be Nazeem, followed by that annoying priest of Talos who can't seem to shut up.

Sadly, I only seem to be sent to Markath and Solitude.. :pinched:

I just kill a guard when that one comes up.

I seriously dont like killing named NPCs.
There are to few in town as it is.

Sadly there are too few ways to assassinate someone:
Backstab, Long range sneak shot, Fury Spell, Poison, and the Direct Approach.
