They're nude mods.  If you like nude mods then get one of them or the other.  Both are of unsurpassed quality.

Besides doesn't someone have an all in one mod for that stuff? I don't want to download textures for every single part of the game if there's a mod that does all of that.

^That is actually a very good texture mod. I've been looking for one, but not really looking all that seriously. I think I'm going to give it a try. 1.6 million unique downloads, 3.5 million total DLs, and over 11K endorsements? It sure as hell must be doing something right! File is HUGE!

One other thing I've heard that DirectX11 causes problems with Skyrim. Is there anyway around that?

Not that I know of. Skyrim is mostly DX 9 but it can be enhanced to "DX 11 like" visuals. That's why the mod is so popular.

So is there any problem if I download warzones and the high res textures? Is that going to affect my performance? My PC is pretty powerful but still I'd like to know.

A good indicator is how well your PC handles the vanilla "take over fort" battles on ultra settings. If your machine handles those well, then try the 2K textures.

I'm having trouble with my mods. Some I downloaded manually and for some reason 7zip is not extracting them. The others, which I downloaded with mod manager are not loading when I launch skyrim. This is my first time actually using mods, can someone help me do this properly. the mods I have installed so far are:
WARZONES Civil Unrest
XCE- character enhancer (couldn't extract)
Better Beast Races
Omegared99 Armor compilation
dance of death
SkyUI
Skyrim save manager
XCE-Dawnguard (couldn't extract either)
Warmage Armor

Can't help you with the first, I use WinRAR.

On Nexus Mod Manager, you have to go to the Mods tab and activate the mods after downloading.

Splinter Cell, are you using Nexus Mod Manager (NMM)? If so, did you click on the Mods tab and activate each mod?

EDIT: Ninja'd.  But you do have to activate each mod you download.

EDIT2: For Mods like SkyUI you have to download Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE), so make sure you have all things added on for those specific mods that require other things to run.  It's a fairly rare thing, but make sure you add on anything the mod requires you to.

Forget it, I fixed it, apparently I downloaded SKSE first and then SkyUI, I forgot that it needs to be downloaded that way.

Sorry, SC, evidently you were still having an issue, but worked it out? Did it turn out to be a load order issue? I've had more than one issue with load order, but muddled my way through them to make the mods I actually wanted to add on, work.

There were a few I had to let go, specifically "Riverwood Enhanced" because no matter where I placed it in the load order, no matter what I did, it would CTD everytime I quick travelled into Riverwood.

Glad you got yours worked out though.

I don't know what exactly was causing problems but I think I needed to install SKSE before SkyUI, so I followed the steps I found on a video and it worked out. I don't know if NVSE works similarly to SKSE but I think there are mods in Nexus that require NVSE to be installed first.  Then again there were som .psc files I didn't install the first time because the readme said they were only necessary for people who had the creation kit but I put them there anyways.

I dont know why people are angered about Hearthfire.
Its five bucks.

Bioware charged that much for APPEARANCE packs or random item packs and they got away with that....mostly.

I see it more as supporting future DLC.
Mostly to be able to beat the Thalmor to death over and over again.

Is Apachii Sky Hair worth it? Does it make characters look bad because I don't like what I'm seeing. What about ENBs are they any good?

Most people using Apachii also use face retex mods as well.  The hair looks wierd on vanilla faces.  I didn't bother with ENBs, too many.  Go with 2K textures imo.
