But I know what you mean! Almost all the player varients we are seeing are male. Not something iim particularly interested in when my play will be with a female Dragon Born!

Heh, did not one journalist play with a female character?
I think the Argonian was female.
I'm surprised that none of the journalists played an Altmer, them being the superior race and everything. :innocent:

I do know if I evenutally get this game played through and start a new one I'm going to do up a custom character. Using a Breton Battle mage with magic as her birthsign this time through and one of the Major abilities is blunt weapons and I don't use them. So it's like a waste of a Major skill that and Light Armor. Might start over not sure yet as I've yet to do any of the primary quests.
Do have a couple of questions for you though
I was wondering if you could safely store things in the White Stallion Lodge till you reach the requirents of buying a house?
If you've looted to much crap out of a dungeon can you leave it in a chest or container and go back for it later? Or once you leave the area or finish the quest is it gone for good?
Also looking over things on the Character stats when you click on the far right button it lists your kills, quests completed, locks picked, etc, etc. Now it says I stole almost 500 items, but yet I've not been arrested or my infamy hasn't gone up they are both 0. How does the game determine stolen items but yet you don't get busted. Would have thought that if I stole that much I'd have been hung by now.
Also on that same page it has one Stores invested in; How do you invest in stores and is there any benefits to it?
Got a sword that has charges, does it get recharged when you repair it?
Thanks again for the help I'm off to do so more mage quests so that I can get my ranking up in the guild.<LOL>

Most chests and things that you don't own reset after a few days, so never store things there. Buy the Imperial City house as soon as you can for item storage. You will also have to buy furniture in the Imperial City marketplace.
Magic Swords need soul gems to recharge them, which mages guild members will sell you, or they have an enchanter there who refills enchantment charge. It can be spendy, so try finding soul gems in dungeons and fill them yourself with the "soul trap" spell. Mudcrabs, wolves, and rats are easy low level souls to capture.
You can invest in stores when your Mercantile skill is very high, and it allows you to sell expensive things for more money.
Infamy usually goes up when you murder or do "bad" quests like the Dar Brotherhood missions.

There was the Argonian, and if you're wanting female screens, there are a few.

I was considering them along with Altmer, Dunmer, and Bosmer, but the screen made me totally want to play one (and they also fit my assassin style). They look like frickin' awesome dinosaurs!!!

I'm definitely being a Argonian for my first play-through.

Their superior stock makes them adept spellcasters and resistant to diseases which would decimate people of most of the lesser races. They say that magicka flows through their veins.

.... must not pre-order....
On that note, Newegg has all versions of Skyrim for preorder for $48 until tomorrow (8/13/11)with promo code:
PC: EMCKBJH96
PS3: EMCKBJH97
X360: EMCKBJH98
.... WHUT.
Now to weigh my options. While I'd LIKE it on Steam, it's not that huge a deal for me as I've used other DD services before.
Aw. For me, it's $51.
Not worth it.

I will probably get around to a Khajit and Argonian character this time. Right after my obligatory Dunmer, of course.

So far only one journalist played a female character (Destructoid - Argonian female) during the 60-minute demo.
There are still a few journalists that have not yet published pics and did not specify whether their character was male or female.
@Chunkyman - I'm working on them, be ready in a minute
