Hey now, orcs in oblivion were at least smooth faced and round. Far less ugly than that fellow. Look at Rugdumph gro-Shurgak. Besides, I said "ugly" not as "dumb looking" as oblivion.LegendaryAvenger wrote...

I do enjoy how they are trying to make Orcs look more "realistic/human".

Eye's a bit mental, but kewl!
One of the previewers mentioned that you can color your eyes different colors. I suspect that's what happened here.

I agree, I hope to see a bangin female orc at some point in skyrim.LegendaryAvenger wrote...
Yeah, but Orcs were still hard to look at...

the Orcs in vanilla Oblivion IMHO were simply hideous.
After installing the Tamriel NPCs Revamped mod, they were a little less hideous, but still too Shrek-y for my tastes.
This guy looks pretty badass. I would be willing to play this character, but I would never play an Orc character from Oblivion.

I still like the very first Orc the best, but considering all these journalists made these characters after spending only a couple minutes in the character creation menu, every single one of these Skyrim screenshots from QuakeCon looks fantastic!
Here is what a professional character artist can do spending a little time on making an Orc:

If that's the case, I have to choose between a hot Orc barbarian wife or an Argonian maid with spear polish.Tommyspa wrote...

I hope an argonian lady has an item called "spear polish" in her home, specifically in her night stand.LegendaryAvenger wrote...

I love the Kajhiit the most, they look like actual cats now.
My least favorite are the Bosmer, they aren't nearly derpy enough for my liking.

you prefer playing derpy characters?
No, but I believe every fantasy game needs to have one derpy race. They function as comic relief and meat shields.
How I will miss the adoring fan.
