Leaked thing from a German website saying the 18th.
People claiming that Thursday will be the day it comes out.
However I have heard a rumor that they are delaying Dragonborn until they can release it on the PS3. If that is true the SCREW YOU PS3!
Why do I have to wait for content just because a console I dont own cant get it!

Yeah attaching anything to PS3 is pretty much saying that it won't be released.

Use this list to try and fill the gaps. However, I do suggest trying another DB with a varied POV to do the other things you chose against the first time (eg; Imperial vs Stormcloak, Vampire vs Dawnguard, etc).

But why? Is it that the PS3's architecture is so messy that working with it is impossible or something? All I've heard ist that they way RAM is set up for the PS3 causes issues.

Not impossible, obviously, since a PS3 version of Skyrim exists after all, but they're in a technical bind. As I understand it, it has something to do with the engine, yes. And it's not just Bethesda that's saying this. Josh Sawyer from Obsidian also warned, years ago (from his experience in developing Fallout New Vegas) That the engine skyrim uses has serious technical/coding/architectural conflicts with the PS3... and he doubted that Bethesda or anyone would be able to ever resolve them.Splinter Cell 108 wrote...

He appears to be right. Skyrim is practically broken on the PS3. But that said, it still doesn't explain why they actually released the parent title, but not the last 6 patches and 3 DLCs. Common business sense dictates they make due and release that extra stuff anyway. Again, it can't be impossible, since the PS3 version of Skyrim exists, after all. And at this point, many, many PS3 players seem totally willing to accept a flawed version of Skyrim's DLC.

Yeah, I was looking for quests I haven't done yet. I believe I know of one. I'll have to tally and check.

not Skyrim related but Confessor Cromwell (prophet of Atom FO3) also called the hotline. Hilarious!
The funny thing about those two calls is that the people keep arguing instead of hanging up.

Yes he is a decent writer.
But some people seem to treat him like he is the real heart and soul of the entire series.
I read the 36 Sermons...which is just basically Vivec breaks the fourth wall.
On some forums people act like TES is what it is because of him.

Nobody goes around claiming that MK is some pulitzer prize-deserving writer. And for that matter he's not an object of praise by the lore nerds anyway. He's merely a symbol of authority, since he wrote much of the lore that these Lore peeps tend to debate.
I mean, if we're discussing the history of the Dwemer, for example, why wouldn't we cite MK? He's the one who wrote it.

I dont agree that he is the soul of the series though as some people on the Bethesda forums say.
Hopefully Dragonborn comes out Thursday.
I really am getting tired of waiting.

But with regards to him being the "soul" of the series, the one thing that sets the Elder Scrolls apart from every other open world sandbox game IS its lore, and he wrote a lot of it, so....

I hope that isn't the case. Some of us are still hoping for Dawnguard and Hearthfire to be released for the PS3.

He seems to have been the source for a lot of the lore, especially Morrowind and now again in Skyrim. He did not only write Vivec but also some pretty foundational lore stuff like the Monomyth, the PGE's, Dwemer, redguard lore, a lot on the Altmer. I wish they had used more of his Nord stuff for Skyrim.Giggles_Manically wrote...
