Yep.
Its not like PC players are the reason that TES became what it is, or make up a huge amount of the people who play it. Honestly if in TES6 they do this DLC deal, I wont buy anything they do.
Its a massive insult to be treated like a second class citizen just because I did not buy the right system in their eyes.

I had a dream last night that I was working for Pete Hines. I helped him set up Dishonored interviews, then he sent me to the company kitchens. I think it's a combination of flashback from working food service in college and existential despair over Dragonborn.

Steam wont load its community/store/DLC/achievement page.
Hopefully that means something is up.

And nothing just as I was writing this!

Xbox is the lead platform, that's obvious from the crappy UI we got. It's worrying that it's taking this long- they obviously expect it to break stuff. Which the DLCs always do, but apparently this is breaking lots of things.

I also worked in a Dining Hall during college...don't think i ever dreamed about it though

Anyway, one of the highlights was when I saw a commercial for cartoons in one of the realities; it was Hey Arnold!, except instead of having a football head, he had a rectangular shaped head.

I WANT DRAGONBORN

But a warning I must give to thee, for all who have not yet played the DLC
Spoilers henceforth in this post shall be, so read not if thou dost not wish to see
Now with my warning done away, listen now to what I have to say
Hrmm... I want to like this DLC, and perhaps it is just not for me
But I found the questline far too short, and the ending an unclimactic sort
And Miraak is not even a worthy foe, it is in fact Hermaeus Mora who runs the show
But even the Daedric Prince of Fate, cannot correct these things I hate
Another thing which I detest, though not as severely as the rest
But still I hoped for so much more - "dragon riding" is really quite the bore
Indeed, you may mount the fiery beast, and battle and fast travel are possible at least
But thou cannot truly own the skies, as forever in circles the dragon flies
But as disappointing as that might be, it is the least offence to me
For through hordes of bandits I did hope to tear, as my Dragonborn became a fearsome bear
And indeed are werebears in the game, but are merely enemies to Bethesda's shame
I cannot become one of my own, so an insulting tease are the werebears shown
And as though to rub salt in the wound, another feature they did not include
The demand for spears was high, indeed, and for them I too did have a need
But what "spears" there are, are not "spears" at all, but merely arrows for us to draw
And for even that are they of little use, their inclusion to begin with is a pitiful excuse
And though the rest of Dragonborn is quite nice, for me it just will not suffice
So much potential did Bethesda waste, and for me the DLC leaves a bitter taste
Dawnguard was a far more joyous endeavor, more complete, more engaging, and far more clever
Which I find a pity, but that's just me - these are but the ramblings of...
...the Grand Oak Tree.

And it is true perhaps that I alone spoiled the DLC, by letting high expectations get the better of me
Of course, PC players will not have to go without, as werebears and dragon riding will be modded, no doubt.

The thing I don't get is, and I'm not a programmer so correct me if I am way out in leftfield here, but aren't the DLC's (and hell, games in general) MADE on a PC? Don't they TEST stuff ON a PC first?
Actually, games are often made on specially modded consoles. For example, if you were creating a PS3 game, you'd use a PS3 devkit connected to an external monitor and keyboard, with a crapton of extra memory, developer tools, a lot more user flexibility like a PC, etc. Those things are also crazy expensive. My guess is that Skyrim was partially made on an Xbox 360.
A lot of the art, animation, mixing, mo-cap, etc. does take place on PCs. But to the best of my knowledge, testing builds and quite a lot of coding happens on the devkits.

That makes me very sad, no achievements at all, just Steam servers being tweaked.

Screw any company that treats me like garbage.
Its why I dont buy from EA, Activision, Blizzard, Ubisoft, or Capcom.
I dont want to add Bethesda to that mix.
At least their DLC is not on disc.

We're not getting Dragonborn tomorrow are we? This is dumb I think we have waited enough, that announcement tomorrow better be more than just "we're working on it and you'll have it soon" since that's what they've been saying since Dawnguard.
Well, I was expecting an "announcement" the day Dawnguard was released for the PC. So you never know.

Yeah I was thinking that too and I'm hoping that's the case but I think a dev said it won't be coming this week.

9/10 is that they are going to announce nothing of real note.
Maybe something important though.
I will update y'all when it does happen.
