^ Your daughter is Runa Fair-Shield, right? She's my fave Skyrim pixel kid, tbh.

In this run, she's an only child, with a fox and a stray dog. Farkas is her papa, Uncle Vilkas is Steward, she has the worst bard in Skyrim (Sonir), and a serious arse-kicker named Valdimar as housecarl/protector. Life is pretty good for that little girl. Now if Jarl Siddgeir would just let us build a house in Falkreath, we'd be set.

Or I could go get the one in Raven Rock, I suppose.

Yeah, Runa is best child EVAR.

I can never bring myself to adopt other children then Sofie and Lucia. Those to really got a bad hand from life.

Runa at least has a "home", even if the boys pick on her... aww man. So many children that need to be adopted. I should open up my own orphanage!

Vaas is a bad, bad man. Well, he was, until I killed him. Image IPB And Hoyt, actually.

@TobiTobsen - Yeah, I know, and I feel guilty and all that, but Runa's just hella awesome. That little girl gets all kinds of happy when you give her an enchanted dagger, and runs directly to the basement to practice.

She's the twinkle in her Dovahkiin mama's eye.

Those other girls just do weird girly things.

Although I do like Sissel quite a bit. That girl has dreams of Paarthurnax! And she's quite an avid reader. I find lots of cool stuff in her chest from time to time.

Eh, Vaas is alive. He'll appear in Elder Scrolls VI.

Edit- Just pay close attention.

Vaas is your saviour! Nail him to the cross and let him be reborn!

@happy_daiz: Sissel hat prophetic dreams? Interesting. Maybe I should tell Lemkil the definition of insanity... again. Like water under the bridge...

The bile that spews forth for mods is not only contained on those forums. I have read some pretty rancid things of other mods, people, vids, etc on youtube. Anonymity seemingly makes a lot of cowards feel emboldened, and one day they shall see it returned.

Lemkil showed up to my wedding to Sondas, (in one of my other playthroughs), so I followed him out of Riften, after the ceremony. I had to be careful, as he was walking neck and neck with the new hubby. I distracted him with conversation, then left his carcass outside of Treva's Watch. There were no witnesses.

It was the bandits, honest.

Haha. Those bandits are nasty!

In my last game he got chomped by a dragon.  I really tried to help him! I swear!

^ You've been in Miraak's temple, eh?
Did you happen to figure out how to get to that chest that's up on a platform with busted steps? Image IPB You'll know which area I'm referring to when you get there (Frea will comment on it). It's early in that dungeon, iirc.

Playing Dragonborn...loving Dragonborn.
20 dollars well spent.

Now to continue running through Raven Rock mine.
I need to stop saying I HAVE THE POWER when swinging the Bloodskal blade about.
Or pretending I have the Star Saber

Talos I just outed myself as a nerd...

As if posting with the rest of us on a gaming forum did not?

Image IPB

Even with console commands, this is going to take a bit of time to get ready. Some quests must be done for the abilities, Shouts, etc if I want to actually become a proper DB. But I wants it!

Have you encountered a little con artist in Riften? Her name is Olette, and she starts out saying she can't find her mom and needs some gold for food, but then when you leave, she picks your pockets and rips you off. If you confront her about it she is kind of rude, but funny.

Not entirely sure if this was a vanilla character or someone from a mod, but the writing is great. I think you have to respond to certain dialogue options before you can adopt her.

Pretty awesome, isn't it? Image IPB That door puzzle took me a bit to figure out my first time. I just couldn't quite understand what I needed to do. Then once I figured it out (I think someone in this thread told me how to do it, then once I got home, I tried it out), it was a total facepalm moment.

And now I need to stop talking, before I start spoilering.

I can't wait until we can all talk openly about Dragonborn, without fear of spoilerization.

Ok floating up the tower was cool.  I cant be the only person who thought floating down would be automatic and plummeted to my death right?

^ You are definitely not the only one. Image IPB And you can die just as easily going ^up that stupid elevator, too.

My Dovahkiin lives longer if I just let any follower she might have go up the floating elevator first. Or steal it first. Either way, you seem to have to allow a second or two for them to get the bleep out of the way, or you see your life flash before your eyes, in the form of a load screen.

J'Zargo took that healthy 'competition' thing a little too seriously in my first DB run. Once at the top, he was all elbows. Turd.

Dunmer are complaining about one emptied mine, whilst the island is teeming with gold, silver, emerald and sapphire.

And chitin armour looks pretty good on females.

There truly are some nice nods to Bloodmoon.

At Brodir Grove, the bandit leader drops the sword Stormfang. Stormfang was the sword of Ulfgar the Undying, a NPC you helped out in Bloodmoon.

I think I like Raven Rock quite a bit.

Minus the occasional ****** trying to be uppity around my PC.
I mean at least its leaders are not horrible and Captain Veleth seems like a decent dude.

I like the house I got too.
Now to actually get to finding this Miraak.

Bloodskal blade was originally a one-handed sword that did some ice damage, but yeah, now it is kinda cooler.
