I'm thinking the next DLC will be Atmora- related so maybe that would fit.

I have no idea what happened but now I cant even play Skyrim, it CTDs the moment I press play.
God it is like Sheogorath is trying to drive me nuts or something.

Bethesda's QA has always been lulz. The amount of bugs I found in Dragonborn was just bad. My fav was in the fight with Miraak where I kept making Miraak go past 10% of health thus when he did his thingy he didn't go to full health and the fight would not continue. How the hell could Betehesda not notice that!?
The thing that stings the most is that the xbox people got that one way back when too...so beth knew it and did not bother to look at it for the pc crowd.
I had it, but then I verfied data cache and downloaded the unofficial dragonborn patch. Not sure which one fixed it, but yeah.
Luckily that is the only bug I have found; my system has been stable. I don't run many mods...probably around 35 or so.

Bethesda has really outdone itself on the scenery porn. The ambient music and sound effects are also fantastic.

Sorry about all those encountering bugs. Fortunately I haven't seen any. *knock wood*

Most of it is Morrowind music. Which is why a lot of the old timers are voicing their praises for it.Addai67 wrote...

And yeah, it's got this serine, peaceful feel to it. Very cool.

Are the main quest bugs caused by certain mods?
I know the Unofficial Skyrim Patch caused a bug where the DB couldn't absorb dragon souls. That's been fixed though. I'm done with the MQ and have had no other bugs in Solstheim. I run only 29 mods.

I didn't have that bug on XBox. In fact, that fight was over so quickly, I was kind of shocked. Literally, once I actually got to Miraak, the fight was over in less than 5 minutes. It took longer getting to him than fighting him.MarchWaltz wrote...

Of course, that may have something to do with my twin Dremora Lords.

Of course, I had to build a house quickly - couldn't let Rayya just hang out in the Jarl's longhouse; and needed some face-tweaking, but after all that, hopped a boat to Solstheim.
This will be my first run with a character who defeated Alduin AND completed Discerning the Transmundane. I know it won't be much different, but I'm looking forward to hearing the alternate dialogue.
And good lord, this character has really high Alchemy and Enchanting. Sweet. But she's spec'd really poorly otherwise. I actually played with a single mace with that character. What was I thinking?

Plus the UDP gets updated for some of the more game breaking bugs.
I can do that just fine, it is just annoying that they released something that is almost as broken as what Obsidian releases.

No, I met Cthulhu dude last night but then got stuck in Apocrypha and gave up for the night. I'll certainly finish this weekend.Mr.House wrote...

I was in that section where there's Chapter I, II, III etc. I'm assuming you have to hit things in a certain order to get back out again?
Apocrypha reminds me of doing research for my thesis and having to invade the deepest darkest stacks of the college library.
@happy daiz: My dremora lords are actually comforting in that place.

You can leave Apocrypha at any time by reading the Black Book you used to get there (well, you should be able to just open it up, and transport). You can re-read it again at any time to transport back in.
To get through to the end of that area, yeah, you have to do the chapters correctly to get to the end, then read the Black Book to get a new perk, and to go back to Solstheim.
If that made sense.
You'll see lots more Lurkers and Seekers before you're done.

I'm kinda sad now .
And I heard you could befriend a bunch of smurfy pygmee mob , I thought :yeah cool!
But I'm pretty sure I missed the opportunity and massacred them all.
I'm even more sad because their camp look neat and they seemed funny and way cuter than Falmers.
Otherwise , well the main quest is a bit underwhelming, I hate Daedra , it's always the same thing with them ," mouhaha whatever you choose to do , I win in the end .Daedra Powa!".
With most daedra , I don't even bother to do the quests , but since it's the main quest of the DLC ...
I'm pretty happy about the purchase , tons of quests ,armors , with the MQ so short , it feels less linear than Dawnguard.
Talking about Dawnguard , I read a lot of people loved Serena .I thought she was ok but then the whole "I'm miserable my father and mother can't get along" worked like 2 secondes with me.
Then I remembered that her parents were psychos , killed and butcher tons of people , and sort of got her rapped by a daedra or something...
And I sort of couldn't take the whole situation seriously anymore .^^

I think they might actually be holed up inside the mead hall, but I haven't tried that route yet. We just slaughtered the poor little guys.

Uh oh, I've already been in and around Thirsk and I slaughtered a lot of rieklings around there.happy_daiz wrote...
^ It's between the Beast Stone and the Thirsk Mead Hall, both of which are on the eastern (ish) part of the map, iirc.
Is it the camp on the mountaintop, Moesring Pass?
Nice little nod to history there. I bet that was a lookout area for the Battle of Moesring, where the Snow Prince fell.
