Hearthfire was $5 dollars and next week for PS3 owners it will be 50% so $2.50 in the US. Not a bad deal for console owners who can't use mods.
I agree. It's a relatively small amount for Hearthfire. About the same price as a cup of coffee. I bought Dragonborn for a little less than $10 (if I recall correctly) on Sunday, and it'll be nice to play Dawnguard + Hearthfire + Dragonborn back to back (to back) once the last DLC is available.
Is there a reason why you're playing it in that order? I can't wait to get my hands on the new content. I wish the PS store would update already.
Well, happy_diaz already addressed that it was in the correct chronological order for when the story DLCs were released, and I'm planning on having my Volkihar mage first, so I'd like to have him finally become a Vampire Lord. It'll be nice to be a Stage 4 Vampire and not have a mob try to string you up.
I'm a little busy with fixing up my new apartment as it is, so I don't really feel a need to rush it. I'm aiming to get the safe for the Thieves Guild Hideout with my werewolf assassin/thief/warrior jack-of-all-but-being-a-mage-trades (after completing the necessary amount of thieving quests) prior to the release of Dawnguard.

^ Well, that IS the original order that the DLC came out in...
Story-wise, though, you could do them in any order. I usually do Hearthfire pretty early on, so I can store all my stuff in one place, instead of scratching my head every time I try to remember where I stashed items.
Pretty much. I did the same with New Vegas (when it came to the DLC), and I only deviated with Fallout 3 since it made a bit more sense for my Lone Wanderer to have an edge over the Enclave with advanced Power Armor and alien weaponry. And leading the Pitt into a new era doesn't seem like the kind of thing you simply leave in the hands of someone else, so I left that as my LR's final story.
Storage isn't really a problem for me. There are so many containers in the vanilla game that it's easy for me to keep tabs on where everything is by dividing up certain items, armors, and weapons in different houses (since I learned my lesson after keeping everything in Jauffre's chest in Oblivion, and the nightmare that ensued when the game loaded all of my items at once). I pretty much have my current houses storing as much stuff as I need, with room to spare in Windhelm.
