Naughty- you'd think you'd want to get through one game before you started on another.<G> From what you've said in your previous post you've barely scratched the surface of the game in Oblivion. I need one more reccomendation to get for the mages. Even did most of the misc. quest tied with the areas as well. Some I didn't do because they are tied to other things from what I understand, Oh and BTW I found the Umbra. Of course I'll have to admit she did wipe the floor with me more times than I care to mention. Will have to admit one thing I did learn allot better tactics because of that one battle. All the others up till her were a cake walk. Don't ask how many reloads of the game it took me i'm to embarrased to say.<LOL> BTW should I carry other empty soul gems as well as for the Azura's Star?

I do have another question for folks. I do notice that from time to time I see that my light Armor skill has increased. How can that be when I don't wear light armour I wear heavy armor.  

Also as for the Dispositon of the folks for which you run into in the game say you've got some that starts with a disposition of 40 and you bring their dispositon up to say 60 or 70 by either bribes or  the wheel or both. Does their dispostion stay at 70 or when you meet with them again in the future do they start back at 40? 

I sure hope that in Skyrim they didn't do something stupid like I've seen in some games and add guns along with the swords. If they did I'm cancelling my pre-order. Games where they combine both just don't interest me at all.

Honestly didn't know there was one. Found this one by chance one day. BTW you wouldn't by chance know what these "Welkynd stones" I found can be used for if anything do you?

They restore you magica to full, vala stones fully recharge all you enchanted items to full.

You mean that there is another stone besides the welknyd.  But I thought that you used filled sould gems to replenish your magic items?

you can but valar stones recharge every single one to maximum

And how hard are Valar Stones  to find or can I buy them?

theres normally only 1 or 2 in a ruin, and you cant buy them

Just in case you find one, they are actually spelled "Varla" stones.

I agree. The half-page long posts talking about what they've done in Oblivion, or a certain Oblivion mod, are starting to get annoying. I come to this thread to check for new Skyrim updates, not to read someone giving someone tips on for a 2006 game.

Bosmer Spellsword type, basically sneak, marksman, light armour, blade (one handed) backed up by a load of magic.

Well, considering I played both Morrowind and Oblivion as a male Argonian, I'll be playing one in this game as well. A dual wielding warrior that summons creatures, maybe uses fire, and has good sneak.

Also, anybody hoping there's a skeleton key in this game?

Thinking of playing either a dual wielding dunmer spellswork with marksman and sneak. But like someone else mentioned we still almost three months to talk about it and we will probrably change our minds by then any way.<LOL> So far been using bow allot in my current game and he's working out well

I'll have to admit that the trailer looks great. To bad I don't speak Russian.<LOL> Any idea on what this is going to cost us? I take it it's for Oblivion since it states you must have a regestered copy of the game. Will it be in English?

I'll be a sword weilding Nord not sure if going for two blades or a shield, will definately have a back up dagger. Heavily leaning towards combat with light armour, good sneaking skills, lock picking and very little magic. The baddest man on the tundra.
