Alright, I'll bite. I don't like Whiterun, so I spend as little time there as possible.
1) What is the name of the Inn in Riften? Bee and Barb....Yep.
2) What is the bard's name who peforms in Markarth? no clue, but he's a skald...Ogmund. Dont really like his voice.
3) What is the name of the owner/cashier of the General Store in Solitude? Sayma, I think- married to Beiran...Good!
4) What is the name of the Jarl's palace in Riften? Mistveil Keep...That one was knd of easy.
5) What is the name of the blacksmith in Windhelm? Ongvar... Strong-Shield or something like that....Oengul War-Anvil. That was a tough one.
6) What color are the guards' shields in Falkreath? I have mods so not sure, but I guess green...Blue, with a tint of purple. My crayola crayon box only had 16 colors so you might want to Google images and see for yourself.
7) What is the name of the alchemist in Dawnstar? you got me. Frida. Her quest actually gives you a very good Alchemy ring you wont want to give back.
8) What is the name of the begger in Markarth? don't know any of the beggars except Hilde...Don't give to the poor much, do we 
Do you mean Silda the Unseen in Windhelm? Hilde in the old lady who says she saw a dragon when you first enter Riverwood. Degaine is the beggar in Markarth.
9) What is the name of the fruits/food vender in Solitude (i.e. the Carlotta)? no clue. Evette San. If you remembered her, that's probably one sign you've played way too much.
10) Does Winterhold have a jail? no clue, I'm the thane, prison is for little people. It does, but not in the city. check out "the Chill" www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:The_Chill
11) What is the name of the house the PC can buy in Windhelm? Hjerim...That was an easy one.
12) What is the name of the alchemy shop in Riften? good question...Elgrim's Elixers. I'm pretty sure that's where Happy Daiz and Ingun hang out together 
13) What is the name of the Jarl of Markarth? Igmund...yep.
14) In Solitude, where are all the places you can get a divine blessing? Temple of the Divines, Temple of Arkay...Yep.
15) Where is the temple in Windhelm? Temple of Talos next to the palace, Temple of Arkay near the cemetery...It took me about 4 playthroughs before I found the Temple of Talos.
16) How many general goods stores/blacksmiths/alchemists are in Morthal? one alchemist, no general goods store, Falion sells stuff...Yep
17) You know where the smelter is in Whiterun. Do you know which of Skyrim's 8 other cities has a smelter and where it is? Skyrim has 8 cities? I mostly use Windhelm's. I know Riften, Winterhold and Solitude don't have one, Shor's Stone does...Well, I don't know if Morthal and the like should count as cities, I guess "Hold Capitals" would have been a better choice of words. Dawnstar has two (one at each mine). Falkreath has one. Markarth has one (it's by the Warrens, not the blacksmith). All the mining towns have smelters. Shor's Stone and Karthwasten are more town with mines, they also have them
18) How many ways is it possible to enter/leave Riften without fast traveling? I guess four...I think six: main south gate, north gate, honeyside, east gate to docks, black-briar meadery, jail sewer.
19) What's the name of the Redguard in Falkreath? the alchemist, don't remember her name...Zaria
20) Quick - are there any Dunmer in Dawnstar? Erandur...Also Ravam Verethi on the Sea Squall.
