Why do you copy and paste all the images from Nexus and not your own ones? Is that allowed without knowledge of the author?

Yeah, I'd much rather see in-game pictures from your own game. We all can browse Nexus or the Workshop and see the hotrod shots. Show us the real deal in-game.

Besides, if you ask me those pictures are part of what's very wrong with Nexus, Skyrim and modding in general.

Actually, No. This nexus stuff is not a reflection of a bad game. It's a reflection of bad players, or bad player personalities. Any fully moddable game is gonna produce stuff like this, and always does.Lazengan wrote...
Skyrim Nexus understands that Skyrim is bad. They accept that and do this because they can and it's fun.

But if you refuse to admit that the masses have nutters among them, then your only other option is to argue that a Fully moddable game = a Bad game. Which is a ridiculously silly argument, one that you've been making here for several pages now.

I never said that
highlight where I said that
I said Skyrim is a bad game for other reasons, not because you can mod it. The modding is an attempt to make the most out of a bad situation. If can't have good gameplay, the least I can have is mindless degenerate fun with Waifus and limited physics
There are mods that attempt to salvage Skyrim, but they do a sub-par job at best

False. Modding is the product of fan-based creativity. If Skyrim was a bad game, it would not generate 1) such a large fan base, 2) this level of creativity, 3) anything but apathy. We are living in an entertainment-saturated digital world. Your average Joe has many options, so he is NOT going to waste his time continuously pumping out or downloading mods for a game he sees as Sh**ty. He'll just move on to something else..The modding is an attempt to make the most out of a bad situation.

Clearly implied, and you know it. In everywhere else but your own mind, an RPG that allows you to alter/mutate/change things is a *good* game, or at the very least, it's a game with a really *really* good quality of open-endedness at the user level.
But look at your posts here. you are LITERALLY citing nexus mods as "proof" that Skyrim is a bad game. Like I said, that's an absurd argument. Extreme moddability leading to extreme numbers of extremely creative mods is a sign of fan excitement and interest. And BAD games do not generate fan excitement and interest.... especially 2 years after release.False. Modding is the product of fan-based creativity. If Skyrim was a bad game, it would not generate 1) such a large fan base, 2) this level of creativity, 3) anything but apathy..The modding is an attempt to make the most out of a bad situation.

the Skyrim Nexus Mods are a reflection of what the community actually thinks of the game. It is the PRODUCT of the experience.
I have talked with many people on Nexus Forums and this is undoubtedly their opinion of the game,

Lets apply this claim of yours to... The most popular Nudity mod on the nexus (and one of the most downloaded mods in all of Skyrim Nexus): Caliente.
Lets see... Why would the community download Caliente's Nude Mod?
Your answer: Because Skyrim is a bad game.
So, Ok, lets try and wrap our heads around this one from a logical perspective.
Skyrim= Bad game
Skyrim + Nude mod = Good game...? or Bad game Fixed...?
Conclusion: Skyrim is a bad game because it doesn't show ****** and ass. LOL Really?
BS. Enough of this banal drivel. I've got a better conclusion. Lazengan doesn't know what the flock he's talking about.
...And should probably take a freshman level Statistics course.

Also, a lot of the modders on Skyrim Nexus are female

hey look at these pretty waifus that mask over bethesda's ugly NPCs
I get it you're mad that I insulted your favourite game. Do you know anything about game design to begin with? Keep in mind that I still like Skyrim, just for different reasons
You know full well (or maybe not, but the rest of us do,) that Skyrim is Nordic based, and its lore matter-of-factly implies a primitive, traditional fantasy setting. You know.... a setting where your average nord warrior will NOT look like a model straight off the cover of Playboy, or Cosmo or some other modern-day magazine. instead, they'll look rugged and dirty and fully dressed for the weather... very much a product of their environment. Skyrim would be a bad game if it had FAILED to capture the setting with its people.Lazengan wrote...
