Awesome. Although I probably won't be doing any romances in Skyrim.

Yes! Thank you, naughty99 :D

PS: I think you guys are overthinking the "anyone" part. He's probably just saying that you can marry any race and any sex, not every single person in the game.

Hmm...I wonder what the most popular gender/race will be for marriage? I'm thinking lusty Argonian maids.

Pft I'm not going to get close to the Raptor people, I remember Jurassic Park.

If I marry most likely will be a human or dark elf. the Wood Elves remind me too much of as trees. And I want no relations with Wooden folks.

Don't know if it's been discussed earlier in these pages, but what should I get Skyrim or Saints Row 3? I can't get both.

Not sure about Saints Row, but Skyrim looks like it will be able to provide hundreds of hours of gameplay.

And then if the Oblivion mods are any indication, there will be tens of thousands of free mods available, including some huge content mods, almost like playing a brand new game.

Depends on what you like more, like while I very much like how Skyrim is showing up, if not for ME:3 getting pushed to March, I would not have reserved it at all. I was sticking to Saints Row and ME:3, it being moved gave me the extra cash for Skyrim.  And if your a 360 player, the mods for Skyrim is as of yet a mute point. And if SR3 is like 2, I easily got over 100 hours out of it.

Depends what you like more as I said at the start. Some of us here might just hate SR:3 where as Skyrim might bore you to tears. But both are two months away, sure you can't get both?

I've played the crap about of both all TES games and Saints Row series so I like them both. I don't have a source of income right now- partly because I am moving to another state and going into college soon, so I have to choose what's from my pocket right now. That leaves me with one game to have unfortunately :crying:

Interesting. I'm slightly intruiged by how they'll handle this whole marriage thing. Granted, it probably won't be for me, but given some of the mods out there, there's clearly an audience for it. If it's anything like Fable's everyone-is-an-option approach, that'll be.. really shallow and not really worth it I'd say. A few, unique options could make it interesting. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

As for the lack of an arena, I hate to say it, but that's no big issue for me. It's not something I have much interest in any game. Still stinks for anyone who does like it though. PC users can at least look to the modding community for that. Could even be DLC at a later point (they have said they'll do more, larger DLCs this time, so maybe as part of something bigger?).

Love it. Hear that BioWare Austin? Take notes from Skyrim as well as ME3.

If you're asking in the Skyrim thread, you're probably going to get more suggestions to go with Skyrim and if you ask in the Saints Row thread, I imagine it would be the same.

My totally biased suggestion would be go with Skyrim.

My attempt at objectivity would be to hold off on this purchase until there are some reviews in for both games.

My characters have *always* had a thing for Nord women (looking at you Eydis Fire-Eye...) so the fact that the game is already set in Skyrim (I love Nords in general :3) *and* I don't have to rely on my headcanon for s/s relationships just makes me so happy I could burst. :P

That sounds for the best. figure by the 20th you can make a purchase, but if you want one or the other on release date, flip a coin two face.

Funny I might actually do a coin flip on this one XD
I am not one to wait until reviews, because I've been waiting for these titles since forever ago :D

Vampires confirmed

"Just then a fireball came at me. “What the [censored]?, where did that come from!?” I heard laughter. Vampires! A dasterdly pair of them had set up shop in the bottom of the mountain near a statue of some sort. "
