I mean, what are all these Petty soulstones for, if not training (and earning $)?

Just got Spellbreaker... RPing my Orc knight as a morally good character. I justified it as the "afflicted" were suffering, so he put them outta their misery.
Can I get that crazy warhammer without eating any babies or what?

Quick question- which Daedric items do not require cruelty or evil?

Yes, but the Warhammer appeared to be lackluster, IMO; like a large magnet with metal filings still attached.
Also, the Wabbajack staff, Azura's Star, Dawnbreaker, and a few others if handled with care. Some you may not get the artifact if you play with honor, but you may still get to play the quests.

And it's one of the "honourable" daedric quests.
Sadly wouldn't call it a "crazy warhammer".
I mean it's decent and the Stamina Absorb enchantment is really good, as it lets you power attack and bash all day (as long as you have charges, anyway), but sadly as you advance your Smithing skills, all the daedric artifacts with stats eventually become lackluster in the vanilla game (as they can't be double improved - not even with the Daedric Smithing perk). Of course a mod could fix that.
But in the vanilla game, the Longhammer would be a much better weapon choice. It is rather ugly though.

I installed that Wet & Cold mod last night, and immediately noticed a difference in NPC AI during storms. Very nice, and thanks again for the tip. Also, the Unofficial Dawnguard patch was updated again. I love those guys.
NP.
Noticed the author has other mods to alter appearances: Rainbows, Shooting Stars, and a new mod titled Splash of Rain. The latter seems to be popular at the moment, if any have interest:

The build is also coming together very well as a tank. I'm soaking up a lot of damage and easily dispatching all but the toughest enemies... and this is all on Legendary difficulty. Bandit Chiefs require some strategy to defeat, and I've had to use my werewolf form on a few occasions, but I expect by I get into my 30s I'll be pretty much unstoppable.
Very well constructed build. I highly recommend it if you're looking to do some serious damage... and take serious damage as well.

I finished the Dark Brotherhood arc and it was real fun. Suprised at how the Brotherhood changed between games though.
A question though, who should I join, the Stormcloaks or the Imperial Legion? I dont like the Legion or the Empire (as I gladly killed the Emporer) but I feel as a Wood Elf I would be out of place with the Stormcloaks. (please no spoilers)

The only nuetral path I can think of is do neither. Or is it possible to join both?
No, though it is possible to switch sides, I believe. But doing neither side is viable, though this means the war continues without end.

Been playing a character build called the Bronze Sentinel (mind your volume: music plays when the page loads) lately. It's the ultimate mage killer... I didn't start out doing so well but now that I'm level 20+ and have more of the recommended gear, the build is really coming together, and I'm putting a serious hurtin' on Ascendant Conjurers, Necromages, Bandit mages, Vampires, and anything else stupid enough to throw spells at me.

Nice one and well thought out. i'll place this on my long list of planned characters.

So I played Skyrim when it first came out and really couldnt get into it (mainly due to the bad taste left by Oblivion)
I felt like Oblivion made a lot more sense once I played Skyrim properly. I could see this was the game they were reaching for, before.

The Civil War is one of those situations where neutrality really is the worst option. Because in this case, allowing the Civil War to drag on is to both Skyrim's and the Empire's detriment, and to the Thalmor's favor. Pick a side, cause a premature end (in the Thalmor's perspective) to the civil war, give the jackboot butter elves the finger.

It's funny when the Cloud Ruler Blades cheer, "All Hail the Dragonborn!" and they're not referring to me.

I don't own Morrowind or Oblivion, are they worth the money and the "eyesore"?
No.
Morrowind at least has an original setting. Exploring it in Skywind would be... interesting.
Oblivion is just bad.
