Here's one thing to *maybe* consider:
In Oblivion I tried to make an Orc with red skin. Like WC3's Fel Orcs.
I ended up with a Redguard that had an Orc's head but green streaks along his cheekbones.

I still shudder at the thought of getting lost in it's intricate 3d mazes. Where somehow all sections kept looking familiar... just in different order/layout.
