After the Legion sided with the Thalmor, I instantly wanted to kill all of them.
After seeing how racist the Nords were, I wanted to kill all of them.
So I make my own side and just massacre all of them.

I am still a firm Stormcloak supporter, the Empire is dead.
Let it be cast down to their remaining Gods and forgotten, Skyrim will be reforged into the tool of war needed to obliterate the Diminion from the world again.
What's probably going to be canon is the Thalmor ultimately won against the Empire and/or Skyrim after renewed aggression, the Dark Brotherhood is about killing the Emperor and destabilizing the Empire even more than it already is and there's nothing which shows the Thalmor losing any real ground throughout the game.

Funny you said that.
Do you know what I was hoping to happen in the main campaign.
I was hoping that the Thalmor were responsible for the return of the Dragons.
I was hoping that after you defeat Alduin, you then spend another portion of the quest trying to take out the people responsible for the return of the dragons and then prevent a Thalmor invasion of Skyrim.
Oh well. That is not what happened.
The Dragons were sent forward in time.
The Thalmor had nothing to do with their return.

The latest Skyrim Mod Sanctuary is highlighting Realistic Water Two, and also includes mod comparisons with Pure Water, WATER, as well as an ENB. For those that enjoy scenic mods and leisurely views of the Skyrim landscapes, this vid is recommended.
(Sorry; do not know how to link stuff any more).

After using W.A.T.E.R., Pure Water, and Realistic Water Two, I settled on the RWT as my favorite. I have tried time and again to get ENB working without blur, but it seems even with all effect options disabled it blurs things, so it's a default setting in the DLL. Too bad. FXInjector does what I want without adding blur. Love being able to zoom in on pine needles, etc., and having it all sharp with smooth edges (no jaggies).
Regarding links, one way is to simply paste the link in your post. If it's a Youtube link this site automatically embeds it or something. See my past link to Cicero for an example.
Does not work in this new Forum site for me; neither does Quote button. Yandros mentioned something about new BBCode, but I seem to be unable to get this new forum working for me by default.
Really must try some water mods some time. Do any of them stop water looking light blue when viewed from above?

How far above? RWT keeps, for example, Lake Illinata looking good and cold (darker water) even from mountaintops, but as with most things water gets a bit goofy (low quality LOD textures) if you're using the console to fly thousands of feet up in the air.
Note however, that unless you use at least ugrids 7, you'll see a 'seam' in the water where the detailed cell data stops and the LOD cell data kicks in. For ugrids 5 this happens about 2/3 of the way across the lake if standing on one of the central rock islands. With ugrids 7 I can look toward all surrounding beaches without seeing a LOD water seam. I suppose if you're using DoF that won't be an issue, but I don't like blur so it's disabled. ENB's blurriness might also mask this seam a bit.
@Elhanan, what browser? This site works well for me with the latest Firefox and IE 11.
Will there be a spell mod in Skyrim for spells from Elder Scrolls Online?
Just imagine using abilities from ESO's
Templar
Dragonknight
Nightblade
and
Sorcerer
in Elder Scrolls V Skyrim.

I'm sure the effects can be replicated in some fashion, but you'll still be getting Skyrim's canned animations for spellcasting, unless you downloaded a replacer.
@ Endurium - I use IE11 exclusively, and used to cut & paste links on the previous forums. Settings problem perhaps?
Experienced something odd last night.
I was walking through the woods at night when I passed a pair of Vigilants of stendarr who'd just killed a bear.
One of them had gotten downed but not killed during the fight so I cast heal other on her as I was passing, figured I'd do something nice for a change.
She promptly decided that I was a enemy and tried to stove my head in with a iron mace. ![]()
I ended up having to punch her in the face until she stopped then leave in a hurry before she got up again.
That's the last bloody time I try and do a good deed.
I was a werewolf with the necromage perk, could that have something to do with it?
That happened to me.
Yeah.
Spell casting is a bit of a no no in Skyrim's culture.
If you cast a spell on someone (even if it's a healing spell), it would be interpreted as an act of aggression.
There might be a mod to fix this issue.
Or you could just interpret this as a part of Elder Scrolls Lore.
Nords don't trust mages very much.
Not certain, but this may have to do with an injured NPC being Hostile, so possibly any action other than speech could be misinterpreted by the AI; not only spells. This happened to me with a Mammoth; not a Vigilant.
Some progress report on Dragonborn Act II
For Act I

That sounds perfect, I'll give it a try. Mountaintops are fine, I don't really mind if things don't work properly if I do silly things with the console.
edit: Water still looks very pale / cyanish from above (knowing me I've messed up something though). The mod will stay though, I like a lot of the things it does.
Almost 4 hours in this soundtrack
Well I bought a dog (Vigilance) from Makarath stables and Lydia with FCO was always calling him stupid dog
but then he saved her from a bandit
and now she calls him good dog all the time ![]()
completely random I know ![]()
fco?...
Follower Commentary Overhaul - It is a mod that adds other lines with the same VO to expand the random dialogue that occurs with Followers and other NPC's.
Are there any mods for Skyrim considered essential amongst the PC community?
fco?...
What Elhanan said. XD most people are calling my dog stupid ;_;
It was hilarious when Lydia switched up on me though. XD
For myself, Project Reality: Climates of Tamriel and ELFX are my essential lighting mods. Also Realistic Water Two for water, SMIM and Better Shaped Weapons for meshes, and aMidianBorn mods for textures. See Gopher's playlist for Beginner Modding series for recommendations, tips, and tutorials.
