Those statues are HUGE. I'd need to clear out half my room in order to fit one in. Can't I get a tiny version to sit on my shelf? Oh please Bethesda?

Does anyone know how big the statues actually are?

Doesn't the collecter's edition of the game come with a mini 12in version?

It comes with a 12 inch Alduin statue.

6'6'' ~ 6'7'', or maybe more.

Dovahkiin should be a basketball player if the dragon-killing business don't work.

Holy Cr** I didn't know that they were that huge. I'm only 6' tall. Thanks for the info. Since there that big I doubt that I would be looking for one on ebay.<LOL>

I have no idea what one would do with a 2 meters bronze statue of a warrior. I wonder how heavy it is? I can see it looking nice in a huge, mansion-like house, but I think it would look silly in a average-sized house/apartment.

And as for myself I've just got a tiny apartment. in all honesty so I couldn't imagine putting one of them in here. I was hoping that they were something you could put on your desk or on a book shelf. Now that would have been cool.

He'd be in my bathroom, technically becoming a very expensive (and amazing) towel rack.

And he'll be looking at you. Aways looking. Observing. Judging.

He and his bronze penis.

Depends if its solid casting, or hallow. If hallow it wouldn't be too heavy, or durable. If Solid it would be pretty hefty. Figure anywhere from 150-800 pounds. My home is bigger than most of the homes some of you live in I'll wager, but I'm not so sure my flooring would take a 800 pound bronze man too well. Hence my yard questions. If I got one I would weather coat it, place it in my garden.

Ken believe me most folks homes are bigger than the little apartment for which I live in. But what the heck it's just me now so I don't need a real big place. Lost my only son 2 weeks ago.

Ah, I see..well for what its worth you have my condolences. Point I was making however if its solid, you'll need solid flooring. Or if in the case of an apartment you might kill the dude who lives under you, or have a nice lovely hole in the floor. Besides Bronze holds up rather well in weather. Problem is it turns green over time while outdoors, such as the bronze Buddha,

LOL your right there and this being an older apartment complex I dont think that the floors would be strong enough to handle the thing. I don't think the manager would appreciate the thing crashing down into her office. Of course it would be funny if you want my honest opinion about it. I just don't think I'd be able to afford the cost of the repairs. <LOL>

Actully I had a fat friend who fell through his floor (twice). It doesn't matter the wood was water rotted (Or so he says >>) I still make fun of him for it. lulz. But yeah I'ld wager if enouigh people asked for these, they might do a limited production run. Wonder what they would cost though. I mean I'ld love to have one, but I can get a stone statue much more cheaper I'll wager.

Now will have to admit that picturing your friend litterally falling through the floor not once but twice would be funny I will have to admit. I sure hope that he wasn't hurt to bad. As for what the statue would cost of that size being made of all bronze I wouldn't even want to imagine. Especially since I'm not sure what bronze is going for per ounce these days. Like I said before if they made them on a lot smaller scale like about a ft all than I would buy one.

Was it the same hole both times?

Lol nah he wasn't hurt at all, thats why I laugh at him...strange family though they moved away some years back. Hmm I think I need to look that up, plus 25% for the artistic value. A best and worse case.

Depending on metal content, funny enough its only 1-2 bucks a pound. (Tin is worth alot nowdays though) so that statue is most likely depening on metal, and how its made, anywhere from $250-1200 bucks. Not bad for that large of a statue. Course I'ld give an allowance of a couple 100 either way.

Edit as to the hole nah same room though, my Friend JR was with him both times it happen. I've seen the boards. But like it was in front of the Washing machine. First time was in front of it, the 2nd was right next to his last hole, from that point he tends to walk toward the wall and slowly, which I got a kick out of.

Well now if what your figuring is true that wouldn't be a bad price for that size of a statue after all. I thought that it would be allot more. Of course the shipping cost would probably cost you more than the statue.

Now I was thinking was this in a house, an apartment or a mobile home for which he fell through the floor? After all I know them mobile homes are only plywood.

Normally shipping is flat rate or based on weight, if its a A class Item, add 7 bucks to the total, all the way to G which is 37, (a is 15, c is 25 lbs, so on) Once you get past 200 bucks unless a place has a flat rate or free shipping then most places switch to $10 of orders value. Just alot of varibles, but shipping isn't too expensive, unless its air frieght, then it turns into a nightmare.

As to him, he weighed I figured 280-300 lbs, so not giagantor. But yeah he lived in a trailer, I mean an old trailer, mobile/Modular homes are built better today than those were. Mobile homes now tend to use sheet rock, iron fram, and 4x4 pine, not much different than those new "ready built houses" that they throw up constantly in the cities round here. Trailers though are still built out of crap. What I found funny though was the AC unit they had came off of a hotel, I don't mean a window unit, I mean a 7 ton AC unit that was half the size of the trailer, and all they ever ate was sandwhiches.

Now how in the world did you get in with him or should I be asking that loaded question?<LOL>  But since the trailer as an older one like you say it is possible the floors all needed to be replaced in it. Or a new trailer instead.<G> Trailers always were crap to be honest with you there and I would never have one. But will have to admit I've seen some pretty nice mobile homes that some folks live in that I would consider buying.<G>
Will have to admit he wasn't huge how tall was he? Now I couldn't just live on sandwhiches. To many good foods around for that there. Heck got to go out and have crab once in a while and things like that there.<G> Was he married?

Oh no this was back in high school, knew him from the bus and a couple of classes you see, never went to his house but a couple of times. And well I was I think last time I seen him he looked to be about idk 5'4" but he was like another friend of the same build. I mean they were fat, just not, Fat Albert Fat, it was more like look at a Dwarf with the square heads and such they both hand. Real stocky, and one of the few people I could never sweep kick because of it. And nah wasn't married. Well he was a student, but even if he weren't his dad was freaky as hell. Plus theres the small issue of him wanting to kill his brother, as he hid behing a couch with a mask, jumped out to scare the mother, she died. I don't know at times to laugh or feel sorry for him given that story.

Also yeah on hte buildings depends on how and who builds them. I've seen homes that are easy to take down, and Trailers that can take a beating, just depends. Ah well on topic, I wish they would show new stuff in the trailers and not the same ole crap.
