I am not on PC, console scum-bag here. Also, I want to avoid the Vampiric curse as long as possible for two RP reasons; first, she is chaotic benevolent/good at heart, so the wanton carnage will not go with her character. Second, as a pyromancer, frost magic seems weak and flames are her "bread & butter", so she would have a ...conflict of interests.
Then may I recommend that the idea of giving a piece of one's soul to tyrannical overlords is a really bad idea, and Vampirism is the lesser of the two weevils.
Also, not having mods may have a weird silver lining (from the Wiki):
Necromage
Since becoming a Vampire classifies the Dragonborn as Undead, they will gain the effect of the Necromage perk (if chosen as a Restoration skill). Necromage enhances all buffs and debuffs by 25%. A basic Vampire character at stage four raises its Resist Frost to 62.5%; likewise with its Weakness to Fire to 62.5%.
The interesting feature of this perk is that all Enchantments count as buffs and will be increased by 25%. Basically, everything in Active Effects is enhanced by this perk.
◾The Unofficial Skyrim Patch negates the effect on the Dragonborn.
