^ I wonder how race will be explained. I mean each game has it's "default" player race. Morrowind was Dark Elf, Oblivion Imperial. The Dragon Tongue thing is supposed to be a Nord exclusive thing according to the lore. I wonder how much sense it will make having a Argonian or Khajitt running around doing the same.

From what I understand, being "Dragonborn" has to do with having the soul of a dragon or some spiritual lineage, rather than genetics. So it's explained in such a way that the PC race does not factor into the ability to use the Thu'um.

I'm in Arizona, which doesn't change time, so part of the year I'm pacific and the other part mountain. Guess I'll have to figure out which I'm in lol.

As RAGE was unlocked at 12midnight EST, hopefully Skyrim will follow suit. (This would mean that those of us on the west coast can start playing at 9pm on Nov 10.)

The $150 price tag? I waited in anticipation of the CE to going with pre-ordering on Steam.  There is simply not enough loot in it.

Its ridiculous how little it comes with. You're pretty much just paying for the statue.

I asked my girlfriend about what the hell makes Argonians so popular.

She said because they look a hell of a lot cooler than before.

You don't need to be dragonborn to learn the Thu'um.

But, it was never said also that only Nords can use it.

It'd be pretty damn stupid if only Nords got those abilities.

Luckily, Bethesda isn't stupid. Well, they are sometimes. (Horse Armor, anyone?)

But they're pretty damn smart most of the time. (The Shivering Isles. anyone?)
