[Apollo Starflare]

I seem to remember reading that they are taking hand to hand a little more seriously and including perks such as substantially increased damage when wearing heavy gauntlets. There would definitely be something satisfying about that.

I'm... really, really thinking about starting as a dagger-wielder thief instead a pure mage. It has a more... Dark Brotherhood-y feel, I think.

Of course, trying to go throught the DB quests as a mage can be fun. Decisions, decisions.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but Xbox Live has a few Skyrim items for your avatar now. A shirt, a hat and the famous horned helmet.

Xbox does their update every Tuesday. PS3 does theirs on Thursday, if I'm not mistaken. Yep, that is all they have atm, but they should get more as it gets closer to the game, or the Tuesday before or after the release. I am waiting for props, but I did get a shirt for my avatar.

I wish there were more weapons as avatar items and such.

For Skyrim, I'd hope for sword and board props, staves, bows(w arrows), maces, then of course the outfits, maybe a few pets like dragons, wooly mammoths, and dogs, etc etc.

Oi, and I know Xbox updates on Tuesdays, but I thought they added new avatar items every Thursday specifically.

I think the combat in Oblivion was in desperate need of being like Mount & Blade combat - both in terms of scale and having the combat mechanics.

I think that a sandbox TES game with that could be the perfect game, give or take half a Gb of mods to fix it.

We can but dream.
