I see you also like Tales of Vesperia, it's one of my favorite games of all time, Judith is my top pick for favorite character. Estelle comes close, I especially like her one comment if Judith is in the party with her at the end of a battle.
I might try to make an elf that looks something like her, if at all possible.

Alternatively, the mass production/shipping process may have already begun and they just decided not to make the Gone Gold announcement until a time of their choosing.Captain Crash wrote...
Indeed, I would of expected it to have gone gold a few days ago. They must be very confident and prepared to make sure it hits stores in time worldwide!!

I really hope they give us the option to keep that bug active ... will make life in Skyrim a blast.
Finally got around to pre-ordering it!
I love these. Hope for Chicken snitches remains with the modding community at least!

The only waiting I'll be doing is downloading. Hopefully Steam will allow us to pre-load Skyrim before it unlocks.
Considering the massive number of pre-orders, it seems extremely likely that Steam will incorporate pre-loads. Not for the benefit of consumers, but in order to reduce the demand on Steam servers.
RAGE pre-loads became available a few days before release date and then the game was unlocked at 12am EST (Oct 4) / 9pm PST (Oct 3).
Hopefully those of us on the West Coast who pre-ordered from Steam will be able to begin playing at 9pm on November 10.

1) wait for midnight 11.11.11
2) Get the game and install it.
3) ???
4) Exit the real world for a while... a long while... only making quick forrays into it for stuff like sleeping eating, maybe working.

The brief article about marriage infidelity due to a quest inconsistency was funny, but brought up more questions about polish than it did about the depth of the Radiant Story AI to me. I'm hoping for alot of roleplaying elements such as marriage infidelity but...with a game world as big as Skyrim's it's hard to write all the stories, side quests and have deep NPCs as well as have all the freedom of the sandbox. I try to keep all expectations low so I'll be pleasantly suprised, it's my own form of optimism.

My plan:
Wait for Pre-Install
Wait for 11.11.11 midnight (I live on east coast time)
???
Spend hours on creating the "perfect" character

Why they don't have a real TV show even when they make commercials for VG companies, and adds for IGN and can get hold of guys like the above to do things is obviously as network TV Sucks ass.
Like it would be epic if they got ahold of Todd Howard and shot a Film at night with him and were like.
"Oh God its Todd Howard!" (allow for typical fan craze)
So you its gonna rock man!
Todd "Oh I know I'm in line just for it!"
Them " Yeah I can't wait to play Lego Harry Potter!!!"
*Todd snaps his fingers, everyone else in the line pulls bats and "Beats them"*
Or reverse that, use it as an advertisement for Skyrim.
Get Skyrim or Else.

Anyhow, back on topic of skyrim, I'm not playing skyrim until the semester is over with because I know I'll flunk my classes if I play it before that. Anyone else holding off on skyrim?
Very wise, but I don't have enough self-control to do that. Luckily for me, this semester is going pretty easy, unlike my next one. I don't know what I'm going to do in the Spring when Mass Effect 3 and Bioshock Infinite come out though..

You get the game and you play it until you've beaten it, taking your time with it will not have good consequences for you.

Actually I'm guessing Nameless one is precisely doing that BECAUSE of a lack of self-control. It's much harder to stop once you've started and you just have to get past that ONE thing. amirite?Il Divo wrote...
