Some people have been getting their copies early. Look at the Skyrim thread at NeoGaf and you'll see somebody has been posting some screenshots. But its not like even if anyone were to get the PC version early they'd be able to play, given Steam and all.

I'm pretty sure Amazon get the couriers to hold delivery until release day but I doubt Game do, what with their history of delivering a day early. I suspect you will get lucky and get it early in the week. Sorry if I get your hopes up and it doesn't arrive until Friday though.

The only version thats been shown is the Xbox version. If you're judging from those screens I posted, they're crappy camera shots.  You'd be just as well off looking at any of the official screens, since they're all 360 shots.

Note: as i said before, THE VIDEO IS OF VERY LOW QUALITY AND IT IS STILL PROCESSING, but visible still, and it's just me booting the game and the 360.

i can record more but i wanted to this as fast as possible(it already took a long ass time with this short video).

i can still post my user name if you want me to, but i'm currently disconnected.

Xbox version looks dated, but honestly, as a self avowed graphics wh*re...so what? Beth games have never been about graphics. You aren't going to get good graphics with a huge open-world game on the current consoles.

The list of games "about graphics" is pretty short.  It's basically handful if you disregard simulations intended to be lifelike in as many ways as possible, such as Gran Turismo.  They're still nice to have, though.  

In any case, I wouldn't pick the PC version over console because of graphics when it comes to Bethesda games, I'd do it for mods.

That said, Bryy raised the issue I just speculated as to the answer.
