Exactly. If the statue had substance it'd make your money worth more.

Most CEs don't offer much of real value - they're just cash-ins, more or less.

Never been a big Bethesda fan, but this one looks indeed very promising. They even got rid of the old dialogue system (which I really, really loathed) for a more "New Vegas" dialogue style. Also, companions. And dragons shouting incomprehensible threats as they fly over you in the mist.
Yum.
^My game plan. Won't be going to GameStop to socialize, and will be giving quick one word answers to anyone who tries to delay me with needless chatter when I'm there. "Dragonborn" probably means a descendant of Akatosh and Alessia, like the Septims were.

The only bit of Skyrim I get these days is rewatching the Northern Lights video.
So beautiful. God forbid I get there in game, I'll sit there for hours just looking into the night sky.

Are we talking about game plans?
Mine would be clicking install in my steam library...but that would happen a couple of days before release, since we'll be able to preload it.
So I guess mine would sit glued to my computer screen until the game unlocks

It's similar to Oblivion - you perform activities to raise skills like attacking with sword or bow, etc., and when your skills rise high enough you go to the next character level.
however, they got rid of a lot of the repetitive stuff like spamming healing spells or unlock door, etc.
and each time you increase character level you can choose a perk from one of the 18 skills.
Another difference is there are no major and minor skills and I don't think the amount you level up is based on maximising a number of skills. And the higher a skill gets up the more it contributes towards getting to the next level.naughty99 wrote...
