I met one in Riverrun after delivering a letter for him and found a Mercenary Dark Elf Lady voiced by Jean Gilpin who voiced Meredith in DAII in Whiterun.  I think I met another mercenary in Riverrun.  And when you learn your first dragon shout and go back to see the head of Whiterun, you're appointed a follower, I guess she's supposed to replace the Adorin Fan, but much less annoying.

Well this is kinda creepy. Lydia just died in the Forsaken Cave after a battle with the boss there. I wanted to revive he and used Reanimate Corpse and now she's a temporary zombie:blink:

Open the console type sexchange and press enter. Enter that command again to switch back to your original gender and the arrows will be gone.

Edit: It's no joke. It really works.

Yea it is, and I thought it brought them back as they were but it just turns them into non-decayed zombies.

The spell did the same thing in oblivion. I heard necromancy is a little more extensive in skyrim, though it doesn't sound like it expanded by much.

In oblivion you could only raise someone from the dead for a single minute. It was only for a minute but I had some great adventures with it. I kept that smartass firstmate (the one who's captain you kill for the brotherhood in the oblivion guild) around and made her my companion. It was annoying rezzing every minute, but man what adventuers I had.

Too bad bethesda doesnt follow their own lore for necromancy though.

Ha! That worked. Thanks! I tried SHOWRACEMENU earlier but didn't help at all and sexchange is a loooot faster

I decided to mess around with some cheats, see which ones from Fallout 3 and NV worked and which work from Oblivion:

ShowRaceMenu - Takes you back to the character creator with whatever's equipped. You can see how the Weight slider affects the body.

TGM - Toggle God Mode Infinite Stamina, Health, and Magicka
PSB - Obtain all Spells, Powers, and Shouts
FOV # - set Field of Vision
player.setlevel # - It just sets your level, doesn't give you level up bonuses
SexChange - Changes the body from Male > Female and vice-versa
player.modav health # = Adds the desired amount of health, just tested it with 1000 and it doesn't display above 999 correctly
player.modav carryweight # - Increases Carry Weight by desired amount
Kill and Kill All = Kill selected and all NPCs in the area respectively. Mortally wounds plot critical NPCs.
player.setscale # - Changes the size of character model. 2 is approximately the size of a giant and 1 is default
setgs fJumpHeightMin # - Changes jump height

I unlocked all the spells and there's this one awesome summon spell, if you went through the Dark Brotherhood in Oblivion you know the person it summons. I wouldn't be surprised if the spell is obtained by finishing the Dark Brotherhood in Skyrim. Twould be a fitting reward.


I'm a bad person. I put in CAQS which completes Every Single Quest in the Game. Now I am missing only 19 achievements.  The game crashed before it was finished because the cheat also moves you through the required screens to complete the major quests.
