How many hours have everyone logged sofar? I'm 34 hours in and I still feel like I barely scratched the surface.

20-30 so far. The game world is so big! I haven't got to explore anything in depth other than the area around Whiterun.

34 hours and 17 minutes in.... and I've...barely done anything.

I'm trying to get to Riften so I can get that necklace that allows for marriage dialogue... but  I imagine it'll take another 30 hours for me to get there....  because I keep getting distracted on the road trip.

God I love being a Werewolf in this game. Besides no rest bonuses, are there really any disadvantages of being a werewolf?

I hate this game. This game is horrible. Its definitely the worst game I played this year.

I hate it so much, I have to play it a lot so I can keep hating it some more.

33 Hours and even though I've found all the cities I'm only level 20 and have heaps of quests to do, shouts to unlock, locations and loot to discover. So yea, this is just the tip of the iceberg so to speak.:D

14 hours.

Starting over. Ran into the majorly bugged main quest and it's basically destroyed my save. Had to no-clip into the quest area and nothing's been right since.

You sure you found all the cities? There's more than just what starts on your map. It's just if you know where to find a map with all the locations, I'd love to see it.

I am messing around with disabling collision detection and increasing run speed... My game keeps crashing at 500 and 1000 values. Guess it just gets overloaded with how fast I am running around and unlocking areas.

I've spent a total of 34 hours according to Steam, 12 of it was before the game was official unlocked here on the east coast so that was reset.  Now it says 22, so 34 hours apparently.

I can't decide whether to level in use dual daggers or a great sword. I want the daggers more, the comedy of seeing a wood elf holding a sword that's pretty much as long as he is tall is priceless.

Ran across my first underwater chest full of goodies. Lots of gemstones, too, on a ruined boat nearby. I need to start fighting more dragons.

Oh right!  I just did, but I got spoilered by them.  However, I'm now excited about meeting the person I saw in the credits.  :wizard:

Male Imperial. Focus on Archery, One Handed Swords, Blocking, and Sneaking.

Eventually gonna have to do a hell of a lot of smithing so I can get Dragonbone Armor, unless it drops in game outside of making it yourself.

Hey, does any one know if you can still level specific attributes after hitting the level cap? Like can a level 50 still get better at certain things?

28:30hrs, level 20, barely starting to play! I have half dozen major quests open but I won't do them before I finish the two dozen quests open in the miscellaneous part! hehe

The level cap is math-based. You can level skills up until they're all 100 and your level will continue to increase.

I've heard "somewhere in the 70s" is the actual cap.

I have dozens of miscellaneous (<--- Bloody hell, I spelled that correctly in my first try!) quests that I haven't started yet! Skyrim easily tops New Vegas in total # of quests!

Oh cool. Thanks. Now I don't have to worry about being a terrible blacksmith.

Sinding is really hard on "master" difficulty. I'm at level 17 - he just one-shots me and I can barely even scratch him. Anybody beat him with a stealth approach (without using spells or heavy armor)?

I have the 15x Assassin's Blade perk, so if I could get close enough to use daggers I think I could do some damage. I'm able to cut giants down to about 25% of their health with one dual dagger backstab, so I imagine it would be more effective than my bow, which does almost zero damage on his health bar.

Yep, Jean Gilpin.  If you looked at the credits I posted, you'd have noticed.

She also voices a Dark Elf Mercenary in the Drunken Archer in Whiterun.

is there a way to auto pick locks like in Oblivion and Fallout 3? I've been trying to figure out with each lock I come across
No.  Or  should I say, there's no perk or spell that allows you to.

But I, for one, am keeping an eye out for  the first mod that allows for lock bashing, because frankly, I dislike the lockpicking mini-game that's forced upon us.  For gods sake, my greatsword can slice the head off a dragon... but it can't bash upen an old wooden chest. And that makes no sense.
it sucks they took out auto attempt I don't care for trying to do it manually
