I even made my version of Cook-Cook's Stew for real, it was awesome.
Sounds like fun! Do you have any pics?

No, it's just beef stew but I followed Cook-Cook's recipe and used beer and jalapeno.naughty99 wrote...

I loved cooking in Fallout New Vegas, too. I even made my version of Cook-Cook's Stew for real, it was awesome.

Just recruited J'zargo in my team. A very arrogant Kahjiit, but I sure as hell like him.

I think that journalist from game informer said it best: Skyrim... You're Dragonborn, embarking on an epic quest to- ooh a butterfly.JohnEpler wrote...
Skyrim has taught me exactly how easily distracted I am.
I don't think I've -ever- made it to a quest objective that I intended to go to without at least a dozen detours as shiny things pop up on my compass. Someday, I'll actually finish a questline. Someday..
Even plants are interesting in the game.

The one thing I'm wishing for in the alchemy system- a marker that tells you that you've already tasted something. I keep tasting falmer ears and sketchy mushrooms when I don't have to. lol

Question time people!
So who has been your favourite/least favourite follower so far?
My favourite has been Lydia. She is an excellent companion, great tank, like chatting with her, and I like her voice.
My least favourite was Sven. He was so annoying. At first I didn't wanna recruit him, but I thought it would be cool to have someone young to follow you through advetures. Like mentor and student relationship, though I didn't feel anything that with him. I sent him into a dragon's nest. May his soul find hell.

And this is definitely the most beautiful armor set for me, from all pics I've seen here, and will be my final one too. I too play 99.9% on 3rd person view and armor appearance has a major part on it.

Its just astounding when you look at the Steam numbers for the game and how many people are playing it.
I feel exactly the same. :happy:Addai67 wrote...

I have to say it again, the NPC ambiant responses to what's going on around them is such an amazing touch of flavor.
-I'm an orc, and in the middle of a fight with an orc bandit I hear him say: "time to show you how a REAL orc warrior fights".
-I have a flaming weapon. I unsheathed it in Whiterun, and heard a little kid say "Mom said we shouldn't play with fire!"
-if you wear imperial or stormcloak armor, people will comment on it
-if you walk around naked, they will comment on it.

Any word on how many copies of Skyrim sold on consoles? I read the article that was linked earlier today, but it was a bit vague in that regard.
I wish I was at home, playing; instead, I'm at work, facepalming my co-workers.

The Serpent Stone is on an island south of Winterhold. The Stormcloak quests give you a marker. I found the Apprentice stone near Solitude.naughty99 wrote...

Rage where are said stones if I could ask?
The Mage, Thief, Warrior stones are close to Riverwood.
There are 13 of these in total I believe, spread out all over Skyrim. I've found about 5 or 6 of them. When you are exploring you will see a black pillar looking icon on your compass, just keep going forward adn you will find it.
