[Soul Cool]

Basically all I do now is hunt around for good screenshots. I don't even really care about doing anything in the game other than killing dragons and finding Words of Power.

After leaving Helgen, following the Stormcloak, not the Imperial. Just go in a straight line fromm the cave exit. It makes an 90 degrees angle with Riverrun and that Helgen exit. (it's been 65 gaming hours ago... might not be that accurate you it should pop up in the compass so it makes easier to find).

You leave at the exact same spot no matter which of the people you follow out of Helgen.  Your info is WRONG!

The one thing I'm wishing for in the alchemy system- a marker that tells you that you've already tasted something.  I keep tasting falmer ears and sketchy mushrooms when I don't have to.  lol

You can tell if you ate an ingredient, because when you select it it will show the first 2 effects of the ingredient.

I beat it on Expert and it was tough as well. I basically was straight-out exhausted with no magicka or stamina and down sloppily swinging an axe. 
It's sad that I can beat a dragon but not that damn frost troll at High Hrothgar...

I think Lydia has the same voice as Sarah Lyons from Fallout 3.

It's actually Cindy Robinson.  She voices Zola in Blue Dragon as well as the main character of the anime Moribito.

She also voices Azura, whenever you get o her, in Skyrim.

Again, check the credits.  You'll find that Heather Marie Marsden is not in the credits.  But Jason Marsden is.

Has anyone that plays on the 360 run into any awful bugs? I just hit a questline in Markarth and it locks my machine up every time I get to a brawl followed by a conversation and I have to restart the xbox and reload my game. I even tried reloading from a much earlier save and restarting the entire questline but it hangs at the same scene for me, no matter what.

Just wondering if someone else has run into anything similar?

Do you have the game installed or 100% through disc?

If you do not have it installed, installing it could help. I've had a game that I bought used and with its scratches, I tried without uninstalling but I had to and after I did, all my problems went away.

Thats the plan, although just one playthrough of this game looks like it could take a very, very long time to do everything, I wonder how long it will be until I've got time for a second character? lol.

At first, I wanted to be completely neutral, focusing on the issue of the dragons. Now, I'm leaning a little towards the Empire mostly due to my hatred of the Thalmor and that Skyrim Independence would indirectly result in the Thalmor getting even stronger.
Still, I'm a body of neutrality.

Lydia seems to have more AI issues than other companions. I never had any trouble with Borgakh. I miss that Orc.

My Lydia died in a really tough battle with a dragon lord. My previous save was too far back for me to reload and try again, so I have no housecarl now. I'm done taking optional companions with me, they always get in the way of my spells and axe.

That's the type of dragon I beat actually.

Oh, I see, so you were playing on a different difficulty setting and then increased it?

Have you noticed any other kinds of changes after switching to "master"?

Thats what I was thinking, no matter who wins the Thalmor have the perfect time to try and take complete control of the Empire, but they have it all too easy if the Stormcloacks win as thats when the Empire will be at it's weakest, and once they're done with taking over the Empire I assume they'll come back to Skyrim and claim it with very little challenge.

Not to the extent that you seem to have run into yet but I hate when ice spikes and arrows stay stuck in me. I hope that gets patched. Which quest in Markarth is messing you up?

The Forsworn Conspiracy. It's when I have to brawl with Dryston. After I beat him and he starts to tell me who "N" is, everything freezes. I'll try installing the game and give it another go, but if that doesn't work I'll just do other quests until a a patch hopefully fixes it.

Seems like you're a full fledged vampire. Might be permanent. I'd seek out a Daedra...don't know it they'll do something to help you out but since they're from the realm of Oblivion they might be able to do something.

Talk to an innkeeper and he'll mention a guy studying vampirism. Also becoming a werewolf will cure you of vampirism.
