MORE UNIQUE ROBE STYLES and STAFF APPEARANCE. Staffs looked kind of the same for everything...some of them were a little different, but I hope to see the staff heads have diverse appearances this time. Sure, have some that look like Oblivion's, I like them, but have some that might just have a glass nob at the end (more like a rod) and some that have gems, artifacts, and various things like that. Maybe more customization in staffs, such as full fledged augmentation instead of just enchantment.
You are preaching to the choir my friend.

On another note, I would love a vampire guild and a vampire faction. Finding a nest of vampires was always semi-disturbing, you end up using mostly ranged spells and staffs, maybe an invisibility potion, just because if you're deep in the wild on a raid you might not have any cure disease spells or potions in your inventory.
The more factions, the better!

Unlimited fights after becoming grand champion would be great, too. Instead of fighting creatures for money, it'd be sweet to have title defenses, as that would be a legitimate continuation of that "guild". With new combat and close finishing moves, can't you just see running a shortsword deep into the throat of a challenger as a finishing move as the crowd screams and cheers behind the spray of blood?
That'd be true Arena combat
yep, hopefully there will be a better Arena in Skyrim

I felt that not much changed in the Levelling system between Morrowind and Oblivion, but it sounds like a lot of the things that are changing are the things I didn't like (I think it was an IGN article that specifically mention that there would be no more "jumping in place for no reason" to up your Acrobatics and use it as a cheap way to level up.)
Yes, I'm hoping there will be no more repetitive, meaningless walking around casting healing spells on yourself to increase Restoration skill as well. At least Todd has confirmed that you won't be able to cast Unlock a hundred times to increase Alteration.
Also I hope the Skyrim "clans" will be somewhat more like the great houses in Morrowind - would be great to see nine new factions for each of the holds, with cool backstories and questlines involving intrigue and blood feuds.
