Going to craft me some more Ebony Armor and stuff to test my new Enchantment powers, giving the old ones to Lydia afterwards! Don't I look like Sandal, the Knight-Smithy?

Does anyone else hate the horse?

First off, no mounted combat.
Second, no horses for followers.
Third, even if I park him hundred meters away, he still comes back and goes ballistic on my enemies. I don't need a freaking tank!
And fourth, when he finally decides to run away, it's usually so damn far - another annoying hide'n'seek
(not using Fast travel for RP reasons btw)

I think I'm going to marry Ysolda. She's friendy, and the only good-looking Nord I've seen so far.

My horse is amazing. I sing this song whenever I ride it.

Anyways, few more minor complaints:

-I wish you could tell your companions to watch out for a pressure plate trap that you see. If the corridor is narrow, they will activate it even if you don't.

-I wish there was a no helmet- option. I'd like to see my characters face sometimes.
(if you don't wear a helmet, you lose the set bonuses you ge tthrough perks)

-I find most armor enchantment options to be a bit boring.

-I wish the game would "clean up" from time to time. Alvar the blacksmith in Riverwood died in a dragon attack, and 10 hours of gameplay later he's still lying dead in the middle of the town, and every single time his wife walks past him she says "Oh my god! This can't be happening!"

-I like to walk everywhere. And walking uphill or up the stairs is sometimes virtually impossible, because your movement speed is not fast enough.

-In RDR you could whistle your horse to come to you. Why can't we do the same with our horses if they are close enough? I've had to search for it a few times after exiting a dungeon, as they sometimes wander off.

-A person that never saw me steal anything sent assassins after me because I stole from her. >.>

-Why are the giants harder than some of the dragons in direct combat?

Ah, marriage. I'm probably going to end up feeling bad about my future spouse given that, in all likelihood, I'll have broken into their homes and robbed them blind at some point beforehand.

I say this with the degree of certainty granted by the knowledge that I break into everyone's homes and make off with everything that isn't nailed down at least once. It's generally my first port of call upon arriving somewhere new.

I apologise in advance, future spouse. But, to be fair, you only had adept level locks on your doors. Might as well just leave all your stuff outside in a bag labeled 'steal from me'.

How is that even possible?  I can't even wrap my head around this.  Unless there's a ton of dungeons around riverwood and you went through every single one of them even going the long way around the mountain... No I don't see it.  I've been all over the damn place and I'm only lvl 20.

I've only stayed in the Falkreath-Riverrun area and I'm level 13. Heck I just enchanted 7-8 items and that was enough of an increase to the enchantment skill that I gained a whole level just from doing those items.

I'm making my way to Whiterun now.

Some of the guards say: Gotta keep my eyes opened. Damned dragons could swoops down at any time.

I think they could use better guards.

Now, can someone tell me why I only got ONE Shout upgraded at High Hroath? I had then 7 Shouts unlocked, 1 locked because I didn't want to spend a Soul on that one and 2 Dragon Souls in stock. hehe

Well you get your Fus upgraded to FUS-RO-DAH there and you get that "charge" shout (whirlwind? cant remember name) or if you already got it an upgrade of whirlwind.

Thats all you get 3 upgrades.

It's fairly straight forward. First you go to Riften, which if you've never been before can be accomplished by paying a guy who runs a caravan outside Whiterun to take you there. he's outside the stables, and it cost me 20 gold if memory serves.

Find a guy called Maramal, who'll either be in the temple of mara or in the inn, lecturing the drunks. Ask him about his beliefs, then buy the amulet from him and wear it. Then just go chat to whoever you have your eye on, basically. You tend to need to do a quest for whoever it is first though, as is my understanding.

Ahh.. ok, got it. But anyway, I for my Fus upgraded to FUS-BAR..erm.. Fus-Ro only. No Dah's for me, duh. Is it related to the quest we get there? Because I did pass the 3 stages of the test... plus I got the Whirwind alright.

Yeah, I don't hate it but I don't use it. Mine's more of an annoyance than useful. And we always have Carriage Service between the Holds' Capitals. =) Does anyone else use them? Works OK for my RP when I'm after resources to craft stuff. =)

I'm too lazy to search this thread. Anyone know how to cure lycanthropy? Got it a while ago and loved using it, but Now my Normal self has great armor, a great weapon and about 100 cure disease potions, so the werewolf power is no longer useful.

PS: poor Falkreath. A dragon has attacked the the town the last 3 times I was there LOL

Follow the companions quest line, you ll get to a chance to cure it forever.

PS: fool dragons they attacked mages collage 3 times when archmage all other magi were at the courtyard.
Even ancient dragons lasted only 30-40 seconds.

Hımm if memory serves right they maybe teach you last section of Fu-Bar...  ehem.  :police:Fus-Roh-Dah shout after you complete one quest for them. You get to find some horn.
Not quite sure tough. Need less Fus-Roh-Dah while playing.

You buy an amulet of Mara, or something like that, its sold by I don't remember who the name was but a guy sells it in the temple of mara.

EDIT

Then you walk up to the person, if you can that is, you wish to marry with the thing on, and have a house, and your done. I think I'll marry that Breton I murderd two people for lulz.

So.... if I use staffs... what stat is getting a boost? Magic? One handed? Or no one, because I'm not casting myself, don't fight in close combat and simply use the "magic" of the staff itself?
