That is your own fault.  I was worried about spoilers at first but now its like anyone who wants to avoid them should know better than to come here.

Cannibalism isn't new here. It was in Fallout 3 and wtf ^^ go away if this such a evil game to you.

You should already know that we gamers are jackasses. If you give us a driving simulator where you drive in a city like New York, 98% of us will drive on the sidewalk and run over countless amounts of women and children within the first hour just for ****s and giggles.

There are no higher difficulty modes in Bethesda games, they're just cheat modes for enemies.

Also, FUS RO DAH

Ok, people, explain it to me: why is my 20lvl dunmer is a two-shot ragdoll for the bandits and thugs? On the other hand I have to try really HARD to take down warriors in heavy armour and a shield.
And everyone says these enemies are a breeze... not to me they arent.

My stats: magika 190 health145 stamina 210. Lvl 20. Armour class - light, rating about 45.
Light armour about 25, one-handed ~35
Damage - dualwielding, 18-20 each blade (plus some enchantements.
The rised dead I conjure are tougher than me! last night I was figting an archer. he had but a dagger and still managed to kill... no, mop up with me few times before I managed to kill that bastard.
Playing on expert.

About the difficulty lvl - is it only about damage dealt and taken or is it about using advanced moves/tactics/skills-perks-spells and so forth? If the former I think I'll go go down a step to the default...

I think you levelled your non-combat skills way too much and gained way too many levels, while barely advancing your combat prowess.

Your Armor class is 45 at level 20? Mine was 83 at level 3 yesterday. Also I was doing 33 damage per hit (albeit much slower, because with a two-hander). The nice thing is that almost every enemy gets knocked down by power attacks with two-handers and stays disabled for a good while (that is on Master difficulty).

Gay marriage in Syrim? How progressive. As for cannibalism, Fallout 3 had a perk that allowed you to do just that , and people would try to shoot you if they cought you chowing down on some poor bastard's carcass.

I got a pretty good laugh out of your video posted. What program did you use to record it? If you've got shouts use them trust me they've saved my but a few times even against dragons.

Ok folks would like some help in regards to smelting ore if you don't mind. How do you do it? You see I got some ore that I've mined and or found and would like to make it into ingots. Does it count towards your smithing? Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Also my companion Uthgerd has an option that says "Its time for us to part ways" If I tell her this will she be gone for good or can I get her back where I found her? I want to run solo for a while so that I can raise my Heavy Armor up. I want to get it up  to level 70.

I met my first Frost Troll when I was like level 14 and I Firebolted the crap out of him. They'd be a threat if they ran faster, but since there's no inconvenience in backpedaling and showering them with fire (and maybe summoning a Flame Atronach for good measure) they're kind of a bunch of wussies. CQC Warrior characters are a little more screwed, I guess. /lolwizards

They hate fire. I know I've got an elven bow that does 25pts of fire damage and it takes them down real quick. Of course it makes quick work of undead as well. Image IPB

You need to use smelter. And it doesn't count toward smithing. It is like tanning - just a simple conversion.

You can find smelters near most blacksmiths.
For example in Whiterun :

For smelting there are furnaces at some blacksmiths (for example the one at Winterfells entrance) just smelt there no skill needed

They get back to theri place or if they are your wife/housecarl they get back to your home.
You can tell them to wait at somewhere but they got bored of waiting and get back to their place again.

"Its time for us to part ways" is a safe phrase to tell.
Well as safe as anything in Elder Scroll games. ALWAYS make a normal save before major decisons.

Yeah I figured something like this could happen with the new system. Enchantment in particular is borked, you advance way to fast in it, I'm being careful with that and sneaking to make sure they keep pace with my combat and armour skills.

yep, about 45, and its all elven armour except the helmet, I wear novice hood for mana/magika (damn, which is it in Skyrim?). Sabre cat kills me in 2 blows :) Traversing  mountain slopes is a happy hour venture.

This isn't "new"...you have always been able to level up badly in TES games. Unless you know exactly how to game the system you end up punished badly. Bioware doesn't have thast issue and the SPECIAL syustem from fallout never felt like the game got away from you the way it does all too often in TES games.

After 50 hours here's what i think..

1: Horse ... I hate my horse .. Not only it's barely go faster than me running but every monster and humanoid seem to have a turbo jet in their ass so they can easily  outrun my slow poke horse.

Also because I can't attack on my horse . I always need to get down each time attacked.... My follower also seem to prefeer walking rather than get that warm place behind me.

2: Dragon .. It's really become less epic after the 10 dragon killed. Sometime I just enter a building because I am occupied with something and I rather not fight another frigging dragon. They should have added another way to get dragon soul.

3:  I still enjoy more the Bioware dialogues .. It's much more interactive and vivid. Sometime I wish a companions would say something when  i`m talking to another one .. The camera just zoom on me and everyone else dissapear. it's always pleasant to have a murdering conversation in front of a CROWD .. But I disgress. It's like walking freely in my Dark brotherhood armor in every city . But oh well .. Limitation I guess?

4: Sneak. The sneak ... suck in this game. I know it's not a stealh game but still. If I have my  sneak very high  I can walk  4 ft in front of a bandit and he won't see me but  .. they know all the time where I am when I snipe someone from 2000 ft.

5: Wolves ... Too many of them . I can't walk 2 minutes without having a bands of wolves attacking me . How the hell those peasants survives ???

6: Interface .. My god it's bad . I mean so bad .  Not only the action interface but everything about it to the equipement  menu . It's so bad.

7: Reputation ...Does not WORK.

Plus why everyone can see that I`m a vampire in full plate armor with a frigging mask that cover my face?

That so far my only complaints.
