One of the good things about light armour. You might end up being effectively worse in the long run, what with heavy armour/sneaking perks canceling out the drawbacks, but damnit if don't have an easier time looking great.Addai67 wrote...
I'm overall disappointed in the look of the armors, especially on females.
Case in point:

I do the same (attacking Thalmor justicars on sight, usually because they're hauling away some nord to interrogate to death), and yes, I get attacked by Thalmor every now and again these days.greengoron89 wrote...
One quick unrelated-to-the-topic-at-hand question: has anyone here been ambushed by Thalmor while traveling? A bunch just popped up off the side of the road and wiped the floor with my Dragonborn without any provocation.
Of course, it probably didn't help that I tend to kill Thalmor Justiciars whenever I encounter them out on the roads. Perhaps now they just attack me on sight rather than just stopping to tell me I'm interfering with "official Thalmor business."
Mind you, me and Lydia tend to run them through without that much hassle. I've taken to keeping a looted elven dagger with me at all times. It's my trophy.

Also disappointed there's not much to do in Morthal and Dawnstar, compared to the other cities. They're hardly even cities, they're not even much bigger than a village.

I have no issues with female armour and I am playing a female Dragonborn with Light Armour. So far I have not seen any ridiculous "fantasy" armour for females (except maybe Forsworn gear but that's intentional).
So I have no idea which armour you're reffering to but even the basic Iron Armour looks fine on female chars.

Been using her for a very long time before Lydia. She's better in every way.naughty99 wrote...
My new follower is a bloodthirsty Orc maiden from one of the Orc villages. She was trying to escape an arranged marriage.
I might even use her again. I'm planning on sacrificing Lydia to Boethiah.

i hear companions stay at the same level that you got em.
Also, cooking Lydia.
Tip: you have to kill her first.
Does anyone have a utube video of Taarie? It looks like she is the only Female High Elf that is marriagable.

I haven't noticed much of a difference in difficulty at all between the 4 types of dragons I've faced so far (generic dragons, frost dragons, blood dragons and elder dragons.) if anything, it's just the AI that will make one harder than the other. That is to say, a frost dragon who refuses to land, and just flies around breathing on you every few seconds is much nastier than an elder dragon who immediatly decides to engage you on the ground, where you can rip him to shreds in seconds.greengoron89 wrote...
Dragons in this game are no joke, man. Normal dragons are push overs, but they get much harder from blood dragons up.
EDIT: I will say though that I'm playing on a harder difficulty than most probably are, so that may factor into my experiences with the dragons.
That's my experience, at least, playing on expert. I doubt the formula changes much on master.

Bethesda really screwed up my favourite Daedric Prince, Hermaeus Mora. He's supposed to be Cthulhu, yet he's just a purple blob in Skyrim with absolutely horrid voice over. I raged epically.

Also, his Oghma Infimium increased all my magic skills to 100 in one go and gained me 2 levels at once. I guess it's time to dabble in smithing/enchanting and make Lydia some overpowered gear.
You can set them to your level with the console.Hellbound555 wrote...

And this armor? What armor is this? Looks like Thieves Guild armor, but instead of brown, it's black.

It's thieves guild armour, otherwise exactly the same as any other. There's just an alternative set you can obtain that's black instead of the rubbish brown.Luc0s wrote...

Not a clue if you can obtain it normally, mind you. If you can I've yet to find it. I spawned mine with the console.

You need a blacksmithing perk first, but yes. I made some yesterday.marbatico wrote...
is there a way to make steel plate armor?
Yes, though I was marrying Lydia who's bugged anyway, so I don't know if it's the same problem you had. She walked out as soon as it was declared and went AWOL for several days. Presumably whilst she walked back to Whiterun from Riften.Andarthiel_Demigod wrote...

guild master armor for theives. have to do all stroy quests for the guild then 5 bonus quest in each town then a special bonus quest in the town(so 25 bonus quests after the mian quests(I know long) in order to get it)
*forgot to add the perks on it are better than regular one. Same ones just more to them.
